On March 30, 2026, at 06:42, the platform’s forced-liquidation system experienced an abnormality. 46 positions were forcibly liquidated all at once. The platform charged a total of 14,800 USDT as a “forced-liquidation clearance fee.”

According to the platform’s documented trading rules, when the maintenance margin is insufficient / below 100%, high-tier bracket positions should be subject to position reduction/deleveraging. I provided trading records showing that 14 positions were in high-tier brackets at that time, but no position reduction occurred at that moment. All margin was collected as a forced-liquidation fee.

The platform repeatedly copy-pasted that the 14 positions had actually been reduced and that the result was merged into the forced-liquidation result. However, my trading records show that in other forced-liquidation events, all position-reduction/deleveraging executions are recorded. The OKX specialist is using the abnormal liquidation result to reverse-engineer a reason that does not fall within the documented trading rules.

I have repeatedly submitted the documented trading rules and trading statements to raise objections. The specialist refused to give any explanation, kept copy-pasting fabricated reasons, and maliciously closed the online customer-service communication channel to avoid the issue. It remains unresolved.

Desired Outcome:

Refund the 14,800 USDT improperly charged as forced-liquidation fees.

Provide complete liquidation and position-reduction/deleveraging records for the 46 positions and the 14 high-tier positions.

Provide a written explanation based strictly on the documented trading rules.

Escalate the complaint to a competent compliance/risk team.

Stop closing customer-service channels and evading the complaint.

Recommendation: OKX is an exchange with an extremely poor experience. When platform-caused issues result in extra fees that should be refunded or compensated, the platform closes its online communication channels and refuses to communicate—this amounts to defrauding users of their funds.
