On March 30, 2026, at 06:42, OKX/Ouyi experienced a severe system anomaly. 46 of my positions were forcibly liquidated all at once, and OKX charged me a total of 14,800 USDT under the name of a “forced-liquidation clearance fee.”
According to OKX’s own documented trading rules, high-tier bracket positions should undergo step-by-step downgrade reduction when the maintenance margin falls below 100%. I provided trading records showing that 14 positions were in high-tier brackets at that time, but no step-down reduction occurred. Instead, all margin was collected as forced-liquidation fees.
The ticket specialist later verified that the step-down reduction never restored safety. Under OKX’s documented rules, this confirms that a system anomaly caused an erroneous forced liquidation. However, OKX completely refuses to compensate. The specialist keeps reverse-engineering the cause from the abnormal system’s result, which violates their own documented rules. They refuse to provide the calculation process and underlying data, falsely claiming it is an "internal secret," even though the liquidation rules and trading data are public.
For six months, I have repeatedly raised objections, but Ticket #33210456 has been met with nothing but copy-pasted evasive templates and delays. Furthermore, when I escalated the issue to the online VIP customer service, they initially promised to arrange a dedicated investigation. However, they subsequently maliciously shut down the online communication channel and stopped replying altogether.
This platform treats its users unfairly, overcharges fees, and evades responsibility for its system errors. This is unacceptable.
Six months of copy-paste templates means they are hoping you give up. Do not. Send one final email to OKX's compliance department demanding the full liquidation calculation and underlying data within 7 days, citing their own published rules on step-down reduction. State that you will forward everything to the relevant financial regulator in your jurisdiction and to a crypto dispute resolution service if they refuse. Attach your trading records and ticket number. Keep it short and factual. Then file the regulator complaint regardless of their reply. You have the evidence, so force them to answer on the record.
