Office Depot review: Serta office chair

One bolt hole going in the bottom of the chair holding the piece that slides into the pneumatic assembly is not fitting. I don't think there is a receiver. Only 3 bolts hold it in. It did arrive 8 days before scheduled time. Order #[protected]. I don't remember my password so I can't get into site but I received help from customer service. My customer ID is 57695762. Thank you!
