• A general culture of unprofessional conduct, rather than isolated incidents
• Management appears complicit or directly involved, making internal resolution impossible
As an individual who is OSHA-certified, I am familiar with the importance of professional standards, respectful workplace conduct, and donor safety expectations. While my concerns are primarily related to conduct and professionalism, this type of environment raises legitimate questions about compliance, oversight, and donor care.
Plasma donors are essential to your mission, and the behavior at this location does not reflect the standards one would expect from a regulated medical collection facility. I believe this issue warrants corporate review and intervention, including retraining, oversight, or corrective action at the management level.
I am requesting:

• Assurance that donor concerns can be raised without retaliation
