Octapharma Plasma review: Staff

Dear Octapharma Corporate Team,

I am writing to formally report ongoing concerns regarding staff behavior and management conduct at the Octapharma Plasma location on Buford Highway in Atlanta, Georgia.

I have been a donor at this location and have consistently observed unprofessional, dismissive, and discourteous behavior from staff members. Unfortunately, these issues appear to extend to management, which is why I am escalating this complaint to the corporate level.

Specific Concerns:
• Staff frequently display rude or dismissive attitudes toward donors
• Lack of urgency and accountability, creating unnecessary delays
• A general culture of unprofessional conduct, rather than isolated incidents
• Management appears complicit or directly involved, making internal resolution impossible

As an individual who is OSHA-certified, I am familiar with the importance of professional standards, respectful workplace conduct, and donor safety expectations. While my concerns are primarily related to conduct and professionalism, this type of environment raises legitimate questions about compliance, oversight, and donor care.

Plasma donors are essential to your mission, and the behavior at this location does not reflect the standards one would expect from a regulated medical collection facility. I believe this issue warrants corporate review and intervention, including retraining, oversight, or corrective action at the management level.

I am requesting:
• A formal review of this location’s management and staff conduct
• Assurance that donor concerns can be raised without retaliation
• Follow-up regarding any corrective actions taken
