I am a new donor with octa plasma in lexington ky went on september the 16th to donate have a tattoo that was done 5 months ago still looked a little fresh nothin was said was able to donate the first time so then today september 18th went for my second donation then they wanna say something about it and defer me until I get a signed consent form from that tattoo shop I signed for my tattoo I think it should have been brought up saturday and they wait till the screen me to go to the donor floor before any thing was said I needed the 125 to keep from losing my apartment the tattoo place does not keep tge concent forms on file at your designer mind I called them today please call me [protected]
