This place is cool. They got good stuff and the people are nice. The sign outside could be bigger though. Overall, it's a good spot to get your weed.

Oasis sold me some dust from ***. They called it "Pre-Ground" flower, but they didn't explain or advise me about it. The stuff is no good for me. I got it on 10/21 around 10-11pm.

My hubby ordered some stuff from Oasis Cannabis for delivery on 4/20/22 but we didn't get one of the items. He called them up a few times but they kept saying the manager had to review it. I called them up today and they said the video showed everything was in the bag and they couldn't do anything else. I asked to talk to someone else but they said no. It was only a $35 item but it's the principle that counts. Can someone help us out? Thanks.

I've bought bad products before, and Oasis Cannabis is no exception. They won't replace the bad products even though their supervisor acknowledged the defect. I've spent a lot of money at Oasis, including $96 yesterday, but $50 of that was wasted on bad product. I took it back to show them the difference, but Mario P refused to give me a better product or a satisfactory replacement. Danyelle, an employee, saw the bad product a few weeks ago and said it was no good. When I asked Mr. Pineda to bring her out to verify my problem, he refused. Their customer service is terrible. As a long-time customer, I deserve better service. I want the value of the money I spent replaced with satisfactory product. Product_Or_Service: marijuana.
