about Cryo-Cell International, Inc. I am very disappointed with their services. I had a terrible experience with them. They messed up my order and it took forever to get it sorted out. The customer service was awful. They were rude and unhelpful. I had to keep calling them to get any updates on my order, and even then, they couldn't give me a straight answer. It was a complete nightmare. I would not recommend Cryo-Cell International, Inc. to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Cryo-Cell keeps ignoring our cancellations and keeps sending us bills. They even sent us to credit collections for this year, even though I've been asking to cancel for the past two years. Now the creditor is calling, and we've given them proof, but they say Cryo-Cell isn't acknowledging or responding that we paid them.

I want to share my experience with Cryo-Cell International, Inc. I decided to harvest stem cells for my daughter when she was born. Jamie Andersen, a Cryo-Cell executive, approached me and asked for payment, which I promptly made. Unfortunately, I lost my job and had a fire accident, so I had to move out of the country. I informed Cryo-Cell about my situation via email, explaining that I couldn't continue with their services and requested a cancellation and refund. However, they never addressed my concerns. To make matters worse, they keep charging me penalties one after another. I urgently need a resolution, such as a reversal of charges, as soon as possible.

They sent me to a collection agency with big finance charges. I want them to cancel the account from February 22 and fix all charges and interest after that date. I paid the balance in full on February 22. I want them to remove the account from collections and cancel it as agreed in the cancellation letter from February 22.

I used Cryo-Cell to store stem cells for my 2 kids from '99 & '05, but then I decided to cancel. I canceled both accounts in '14 when I got the yearly renewal bills. I called the toll-free numbers on the bills and canceled both before they were due. I even wrote "Cancel" on the bills and sent them back to Cryo-Cell before the due date. Just noticed a collection account from Cryo-Cell on my credit report. Never got any follow-up bills or collection letters for those accounts I canceled years ago. Pls remove this wrong info from my credit report and make sure my bill is $0 and closed. I shouldn't be billed or sent to collection for a prepaid service I canceled ahead of time. And a collection account shouldn't have been made since no services were given and no money was due since I canceled.

I've been calling every day since then to check the status, but the customer representatives keep saying it's processing and I haven't received a refund yet on my credit card ending in ***. Both credit cards ending in *** and *** were charged, and I realized this before my credit card payment due date. I need to pay my credit card bills on time, but they haven't credited my refund despite my request to expedite it. The payment was made on both credit cards on 12/01/2022. My account/customer ID number is ***. They take the payment immediately when it's time, but there's a huge delay when I ask for a refund for the duplicate payment. I don't understand why. Can you please help me check and give me my refund as soon as possible to the credit card ending in ***? Please help me resolve this issue and get my refund back quickly. Thank you. I'm waiting for the quickest refund and resolution.

Every year, the same thing happens and I'm tired of Cryrocells' incompetence. In 2008, unfortunately, the hospital messed up and didn't get my son's cord blood. His name is ***, so I collected menstrual blood shortly after, just in case we ever needed it. I don't know when or why, but it seems like every year they take the $149 from my account and put it in his inactive account. I have all the details on the check, like my account number. I'm sick and tired of calling every year about this bad memory. They should remove the late fees and get their act together because I've paid every year. Right now, I'm contacting the bank to get past records. They should review both my account, ***, my son's ***, and my other son ***. I'm fed up with their incompetence, and it worries me how they handle the cord blood and stem cells. It's incredibly frustrating because I ALWAYS PAY THESE BILLS ON TIME.
