I created a claim online to get my Sunglasses fixed. Send all pictures of what needs to be done cause a lens fell of the frame. I did not asked for a free repair even when my wife bought them directly from Okley, I just wanted an estimate for repairs and to fix them. Only took them a day to send a message that for the looks like, I just need to take them to a local lens crafter and closed my case, and they said that if I already shipped them, they will just send them back to me. What kind of Service is this crap company runs? I have been loyal to buy only Okley, I guess its time to just let them go and find better gear somewhere else.
