I ordered Cortisol Manager from Nutriessential on the 3rd June 2023. To date nothing has been received. There is a tracking number but it still shows as pre-shipment - 4 months after order was placed. Nutriessential further have no contact number listed and each time I mail there is another random person who just repeats the tracking number. I have on numerous occasions requested a refund and they do not respond. I caution anyone to not buy from this business as I am not the only one with similar complaints that Nutriessential is a scam site. Very very disappointed. I paid over a hundred dollars for this product.

This company are sneaky. They put my purchase through as $25 usd for shipping. Then after it had all gone through sent another email notification that they'd charged another $64 usd to my account! Without my consent! This is $140 aud! Did not tell me the true shipping rate before purchase. This is an insane amount of money for a couple of lightweight supplements. Now not responding to my replies. Beware the lack of transparency of this company

I have ordered a hair product to be shipped to me overseas (they haven't mentioned any restrictions or issues of shipping outside the US while I was placing the order). Now since May 7th till the moment, I haven't received anything.

It took a few weeks to get back to me about the readiness of the item claiming that they had been checking if there were any customs restrictions, which is not convincing as I was only ordering a Hair Renew product. Then finally, after almost 3 weeks, they shared with me a tracking number, and till the moment, I haven't received it.

I ordered several other items online from the US, and they all reached me smoothly without any delays, hassles, or "customs check."

Not sure how they handle domestic shipments (maybe they are OK with doing that), but for international shipments, they are way below the bar.

i have had enough and I will File complaint with BBB and preparing to file complaint with Attorney General.

I ordered (Order #41488) $182 in products and I have no information about the status of this order. I got confident after reading that it is a 15 years company that I can trust but after not receiving any reply from them I found a long list of people explaining the they got scammed and lost their money.

It is a very low way of scamming, stilling money by selling health products from people in need.

I will find the way to receive back my money .

Nutriessential has conducted themselves with a total lack of integrity. I was amazed when reading through other complaints online that Nutriessential has done the exact same thing to other customers.

They have never refunded my credit card for a product they charged me for 7 months ago but never delivered.

It is unacceptable to charge a customer for a product that the company knows is backordered with an indefinite delivery date, but Nutriessential charged my credit card. After many weeks when the product was not delivered, I called to complain and asked for a refund. The so-called "customer service" at Nutriessential attempted to bully me via numerous email exchanges into accepting a different product. I did not want another product! After an exhausting back-and-forth of emails, customer service finally agreed to initiate my credit card refund on August 24, 2022. It is now March, 2023, SEVEN months later and Nutriessential has never honored their commitment to refund my money. The product was never shipped.

I confronted this last month and Nutriessential admitted they had never refunded my money from last year. Now they claim that my credit card company isn’t able to process the Nutriessential credit, even though on that same day I received credits from other vendors on that same card. When I informed Nutriessentials that my credit card company was having no issues initiating credits, they disappeared on me! My credit card company recommended I dispute the charges which I did. Thankfully my credit card company refunded me the money and have told me they are pursuing Nutriessential. Companies with integrity do not not operate this way.

I sent a formal Letter of Complaint to Johni Mogais who allegedly is the Vice President of Nutriessential to the address in Florida that is posted on the internet. My letter was returned to me UNDELIVERABLE!

Nutriessential is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

I made a purchase of protein whey via visa card on their website

Date of purchase was 30/09/2022

after 25 days of receiving no news or email regarding the package, I wrote an email to their support adress.

They told me the adress was incomplete so the shiping company had to hold the package.

I told them I never had any problem with this adress and always have ordered with this online. I wrote them again my full adress.

After 10 days of hearing nothing from them, I wrote them again. The same answer; ' your adress is not valid'

I told them if the company doesnt ship in my country can I have my refund, because I need the supplements because I am a professional athlete and I also need my money, which for me is a lot of money. The dont respond. Now it is to the point that I am writing to them and I dont receive an answer. Its been 2 months since the day of purchase. No news. I read about you guys in internet and I think you are my only solution.

Please, I really need help.

This was a truly disheartening transaction that has now spanned 5 months. It’s sad because they sell such life saving products, but have extremely poor and sketchy business practices.

I ordered 3 products in November that were recommended by my homeopath for a protocol. She wasn’t familiar with this company, but they had one item I needed to have on hand so I decided to give them a try. Nutriessentials emailed to inform me one item was on back order and would be sent within the month. I cancelled the two items that were urgent and waited for the one that was on backorder because I could wait one month for that item. A month later it was still on back order and I needed that item so I had cancelled it and went with another company.

Nutriessentials emails me in February that wi the tracking information. They sent all three products and told me they are a drop ship company and cannot cancel the items because they already shipped. They said I didn’t cancel early enough which is laid out in previous email history. Then they said they’d send me a return label, but I would have to pay $17 for this tiny, lightweight package to be shipped not too far from my home. They said they would refund me if I paid the shipping which was absolutely flabbergasting. They have also not sent the return label and it’s the beginning of April. There has been back and forth communication through mid-March with me trying to get my money back. Beware of this company.

Ordered product on 7/9/21 and didn't receive any updates for 3 weeks. Sent email and they replied that they didn't have it and tried to force a different product on me. After several exchanges stating I wanted a refund and not some random product, they agreed to a refund and said 5-6 days. Waited 2 weeks and no refund. Emailed again and went through the exact same scenario... over and over. Email verbiage was very sketchy, constantly stating I was on a priority list, they would give me 10% off all future orders of $100 or more for my trouble (whoopie!), and even promising to send the product that same week after I stated I had not received my refund (I still haven't received a refund or the product & it's October 1st). They must do this A LOT because in one email they even requested the following (copied from our email exchange):
"We have canceled your order and proceeded with your refund request with the accounting department, the credit should reflect in your bank in 5 to 6 business days and less. Meanwhile kindly do not bad review or dispute us for any reason. We are sorry for any delay that happened and requesting you to cooperate."
I am now having to dispute through my bank to get my money back.

***FRAUD ALERT***

AVOID LIKE THE COVID! Website shows products in stock that are not, then you have to fight with them via multiple phone calls and emails to get your refund which takes AT LEAST 30 days.. SCAMMERS.

I ordered a product from their website. It was not listed as out of stock or backordered. They took my money and when I didn't hear from them for over a week, THAT'S when they told me the product was out of stock. They offered a substitute product! When I told them I didn't want a substitute they kept telling me the product I ordered would be in "any day now!" Of course that was a lie. I asked for my refund and they still won't give me my money back. I contacted the BBB and they were told by the company that they "clearly informed me that product was out of stock and have refunded" my money. They have never refunded my money!

I purchased 6 bottles of a supplement from nutritional and got their charge receipt right away, but never heard back from them about shipping. When I inquired about the product delivery I got no reply. I had to send them 3 inquiries, then I got an email claiming they had sent me an email saying the product was "backordered from the manufacturer". I never received such an email.
I asked for verification that the production is still being made by the manufacturer, no response from nutriessential. Then when I went into my online profile to the order, down in the bottom next to my order is small type saying "product is discontinued."
No one notified me of the fact. No one has responded to my demand to be refunded the substantial amount I paid. Furthermore, the product is still listed as being available on the web page.
Unfortunately, from the other two complaints it looks like nutriessential has a track record of scamming trusting consumers. Do not buy from nutriessentials!

People, be aware that the company www.nutriessential.com doesn’t give refunds. I bought two tubes of cream, but the seller emailed me next day and told that the order was unavailable. I replied that I hoped to get refund, but they continued to offer me other their items and didn’t tell about the refund. Seriously, it was so annoying and stupid. I asked to return money back 3 times, but they avoid my requests.

Very poor customer services. I have bought from the company www.nutriessential.com. I was shocked that the seller informed me that the order was unavailable only after he got my money. I was so upset and told the rep to return my money back. But this guy offered me to buy something else. He offered me their items three times, but each time I refused. I told to return money back, but the rep still hasn’t done it. Don’t deal with them.
