I purchased a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas, Great Stirrup Key, Bimini and Nassau. The cruise line dropped Nassau pretty quick due to "the port being over booked". Then 3 weeks before depature they dropped everything and added a quick stop in DR. I quickly called them to learn I had ZERO ground to stand on. They also reduced the cruise price by 50% due to the drastic changes... But people who already bought it... SORRY FOR YOU. Cured my cruises for the future. This was my first and last because they have you by the *****. How is this even morally ok? That is nothing that I purchased in the beginning.
Claimed loss: $1400
Desired outcome: I called them and they offered $300 back if I didn't go on the cruise. I asked why the cruise was discounted to $500 now but I don't get refunded the difference... "Sorry sir but you signed so many T&C's and agreed to all of this"
