This is the address of nokia care center, where customer executive promised me on behalf of nokia care, that if i paid a curtain amount then nokia care center will provide one year extra warranty with accidental and liquidity. She also promised me that it will be valid all over india in all nokia care centers. Now it is valid till 16/03/2008.

This is the address of other nokia care center which is nearer to my residence. I went there. my mobile phone having some problem at that time. Manager of the center deny my request and said that the papers and card of extra warranty is not important for him and he is not able to do anything for me because this promise was not made by NOKIA.

Now i am not able to understand that Are nokia care centers not a part of nokia or Promise of nokia care center's employee is not the promise of NOKIA.

    I am using nokia 2255 sponsored by tata indicom, there are many problems regarding this hand set. There is no proper clarity and the hand set needs to get repaired frequently. Beware!

    HCL is an authorized reseller of Nokia in India, so i guess the first would hold... about the second, i am not sure as for warranty holding.

    A copy of email to Nokia:

    By means of this mail I would like to inform you of the problems I am facing with the new set purchased by me,that too in warranty period.

    Model 6265R was purchased in the month of 14Oct'06. I purchased this phone because of my trust in the company brand and other several recommendations by users of Nokia.

    My problem started on 11 July 07 when I found that this set is not working properly i.e. No out going audio working,problem with ring tone and blank display.

    On this I contacted your authorized service centre in town-Simplex Service Centre, who in turn suggested me to give this set for repair.which was done with an assurance to be returned after necessary checks by company. Same was checked and was returned to me on 25 July 07. One can think of the necessity of working with out mobile for 14days. I any how managed without mobile with a hope that It will be repaired and I will be enjoying the Nokia's services.

    To my great surprise your Nokia set worked only for 2 days after servicing and I was forced to give my this set again to your same service centre, who again left me to wait till 15Aug, till it is returned back to me... May God save me to face same problems which I faced earlier.

    As my set is in the warranty period,one can not expect such major faults at this stage. I will be forced to loose faith with Nokia company and specially with such products.

    I took out an N93 about 3 months ago and i am having problems with my speaker, when someone calls I can hear them but they cannot hear me. 3 months and this happens, which means I'm going to have to have it repaired and I'm going to be without a phone for a month or 2. This is unacceptable because i am paying for a phone that I won't be able to use.

    The same happened with my brothers N73 also a couple of months old and the phone went in for repairs for the 3rd time last week. Poor craftsmanship, the navigator button fell off thrice and his LCD broke. meaning that every couple of weeks he has to take it in and then he sits without a phone.

    Nokia has been named as an excellent brand, when it comes to cellphones, thats why we took it out but guys really... sorry to say we both aren't happy about the craftsmanship of both phones. It's becoming a liability more than an asset.

    If this is what Nokia's are about then why buy the product.

    I got problem with my Nokia N80 which is 5mnths old. and Handset has malfunction due to which its not getting turn on, Given it to HCL Nokia care Shakespear sarnee Kolkata as of Aug 04, and they promise to deliver it after 5 days however, they called me up after a mnth and Gave me some old Grey color crap handset as a swap handset/. What the hell is this???

    Mah handset was Brand new and in mint condition they have to give me brand new replacement one if they are not able to REPAIR my handset. It has been a month and i m keep on tossing between Nokia Care. My HCL Nokia care jobsheet number is [protected], and moreover, its showing in there status that handset is already been delivered. Though they have not delivered it to me. Team leader told me that he is gonna get me a new handset this weekend, But i don't think its ever gonna happened. I am not hearing any thing from them, what kinda service is this. My Jobsheet number is [protected].

    I would like to share my horrible experience I had today with Nokia care Gurgaon India. I went to get my battery checked. I was humiliated degraded I was told to learn my moral values. I know Nokia is a good firm but I can assure in India which is one of their largest customers their customer cares are being given out to people who don't know how to look after their customers. If the thread is going to remain like this I am sure nokia will be the losers in the long run. I can give a detailed explanation of what I went through if someone from nokia bothers to e-mail me back.

    its been more than 30 days, i registered a complaint on SMS regarding the replacement of nokia BL-5C battery, but there has no response from nokia people, my battery can explode anytime and am sitting on a BOMB. plz help. plz replace my battery asap.

    NOKIA co. canot escape with its liability by issuing an advisory, when it has distribute BOMB in the public.
    plz change the battery asap.

    I have4 times prepared job sheet for the phone at your service centre during warranty period.

    The various problems suffered by me are as follows:

    1.No network coverage (unable to use the phone for 20 days)

    2.No display (unable to use the phone for 8 days )

    3.Mobile switch offs suddenly & unable to switch it on again (at present given at servics centre)

    4 when FM is running mobile switch offs (at present given at servics centre)

    5.unable to hear voice from other end, this problem is getting solved when operating mode changed (i.e. from vibrate to general)

    Now situation is that my warranty period will over after 30 days, if the problem still continues I have to pay heavily every time.

    You are well aware that what happens if phone remains OFF even for one day & I am facing it for so long period.

    I am ready to pay the difference money if company is giving replacement by another version(oher than 2255R).Because these are the frequent problems observed with this model.

    I am sincerely requesting you to please find some permanent solution with me.

    Hi,

    I bought a N73 yesterday and since the time i've put it to work, the light detector (to the immediate left of the secondary camera towards the top of the phone) has been blinking in blue. As far as i know, light detectors are meant for the phone's camera and do not keep blinking 24x7!
    Can anyone who already owns a N 73 tell me whether this is a regular feature of the phone or there is something going wrong with my handset.
    Also, could anyone please provide me with Nokia care centre address in Gurgaon.

    I have purchased Nokia 5300 Music Express on 6th Jan '07 from a mobile dealer in Mumbai.

    Serial No. = [protected]

    I have faced lot of hardware problems in this mobile in last 10months and I got it repaired from the Nokia care center. Now again the speakers has started giving problems. This has made me to write to Nokia.

    Below are problems that I have faced:

    1) Within 5 month from the purchase, the camera stopped working and speaker was also giving problems, I got it checked from the Nokia Care Center and they replaced both the camera and Speaker.

    2) After 3 months, problem again arises in the speaker and the resolution of the previously replaced camera was not that clear as the original camera. So, the Nokia Care Center replaced the speaker and made the resolution of the camera clear.

    3) Now, just after 1 month after the replacement of the speaker I am again facing problem with the speaker, the music is not clear when it's on loudspeaker and the camera resolution is also not fine.

    I know, this time also if I go to Nokia Care Center, they will change the speaker and do something with the Camera, but this will not assure that I will not face this problem again as this thing has already been done twice. Right now it's in warranty period so these things are getting replaced and repaired for free but what if I face this problem after warranty period, seeing the history of my mobile I am sure that I will face this problem again, this has made me loose my faith on Nokia 5300 Music Express.

    Please guide me what best can be done.

    hello maam i want to say that my phone would be damge by some mistake and it showed offline and it was not inserts any sim so i given this handset to ghazaibad nokia care and my hand set out of warrenty and nokia care taken this hand set and give me a time of one week after one week i reached nokia care and a maam was said that this hand set was not repair in this nokia care and pefared th nodia and i gived service charge to him i was give this hand set to nodia but after two week nodia nokia care also said this handset was not repaired because ghazaibad nokia care wrong repaired this mobiel and this mob was damage by him so help me about this method my phone name is n-70 and plz take some attention about this

    Dear maam,
    I, Gaurab Basu, a dweller of 1/2 Rajabagan Lane, Kolkata - 700 030, bought a Nokia 7610 @ 7250/- from a shop near Dumdum station 9 months back.
    My headphone and data cable both are not working. And when I wanted to discuss the solution, the shop keepers said that the problem is not in my phone...Its in my headphone.
    But it is no feasible that both the cables (ear phone and data cable) are damaged at the same time.
    Please help me suggesting the needful (where to contact, or if there is any way, I can avoid the 'loose contact' problem myself by any trick).

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a handset of "Nokia 2626" . Just after 15 days it started giving problem of getting Off. I gave it to the service station they remarked it with "Water gone inside the set" and they cleaned it, tested it and returned to my Dealer. after operating it again it gave the same problem and the frequency is increased. Now again your engineer remarked it : Water gone inside the set". I want my set to be changed as soon as posible.

    I have sent my phone in twice within 2 months for the same problem in which they do not fix, I am going to send it in one more time and if not fixed this time, I will goto BBB and file complaint and then if nothing is done, I will plan a trip to Alabama and take complaints from everyone else with me and all the phones and overwhelm them with complaints directly in their faces. :o)

    This is to bring to your kind attention that last year on 2nd July 2008, i had purchased a Nokia N70M from Bhajanlal.However on 11/6/08 the LCD of the mobile became blank, hence I gave it for repair at Bhajanlal, since my phone was still in the warrenty period.
    After 2 weeks I got my phone yesterday only to find that after working for an hour the LCD again became blank.
    For the last 9 years I have only used Nokia handset and had never faced anything like this before.This is really a rude shock for brand loyal customers like me.
    Today I am going to handover my phone again to Bhajanlal, but this time I would request for a replacement rather than just a repair, as I am too sceptic to use that handset anymore.
    Request you to please take care of the same and arrange early replacement.
    Inspite of repeated follow up till date I have not recvd a revert.

    I have put mails to the following email id's but nobody even cared to respond.

    I have a long good experience with Nokia but unfortunatly lately I bought Nokia N81 with serial number [protected] and I had different probelms, I contact Nokia workshop (RAIA Shop in Egypt) and I got the Receipt number 2104799 for the second time and each time I vist the workshop they mention they will instill new software then I try it in the workshop but not working, all this happen during the first two weeks from buying the mobile.

    I am relly dispappointed from the bad manner for the worker in the workshop as they did not reflect the real good image for Nokia in other parts of the world.

    i have concern from nokia service centre of rathyatra varanasi.
    1st time he done something in my mobile. then after in two days its become a same problem.he said its a hardware problem then he sent my mobile for replacement in lucknow.then after ten days my old mobile send as such as my mobile problem as on as problem of hanging. then i saw again the service centre employee said its have to sent for replace in lucknow.

    This is the address of nokia care center, Gurgaon. It was 17th August nite when my phone pluged for charging unfortunately electricity goes down but when electricity comes it was high in voltage due to this, my phone and my charger were damaged. Next day morning I went to the Nokia care to repair my set nokia n70, after one hr. executive said that your hand set will not repaired under warranty and said that there was some liquid inside the set. how come i do not know.

    Since Nokia is one of the largest manufacturing company of mobiles phones, if this type of cases happens in future in nokia care, offcourse nokia's sale goes down day by day. plz stream line these care centres.

    i have purchase this set on 24/10/07 and complaint was loged on 18/8/08, vide their job sheet number [protected]/080818/136

    I bought NOKIA N73 three months ago, but from the day I bought there was problem with my set. Even after full charging, the charge use to discharge off within 12 hrs I thought it was problem of baterry, and got it replaced, but in vain. Again I sent to the service centre for repairing and got it back after about 1 week. But after using it for 3 days, I find that the problem is still there.
    This is not expected from a reputed mobile company like NOKIA

    I bought Nokia 6500 Slide to gift my dad, from Carrefore, Dubai, but it was faulty, next day i went to to Carrefore and told them to replace the mobile, but they didn't give me satisfied answer.
    Then I went to Nokia Customer service, they told me that it will be ready in 10 day, but its 15 days today but no confirmation.
    Its new mobile..

    i m sukanta saha from Agartala, Tripura(west). i have a nocia 5610 set. in this set some software problems is thier. so, i went to nocia customer care center in Agartala. They receive my mobile. In this mobile warranty period is their. After that they gave me a date 20/sep/08. In that date when i went for collect my mobile its totaly not working. so, they again receive my mobile, and tell me its a software problem and now we dont have new software in this perticular set. Then again they told me come after 7 days. After 7 days when i go for collect my mobile, they again tell me, till now we are not collected new software. so, they again give the the new delivery date-04/10/08.
    Agartala nocia care centre working people is not done their work properly. Every time they give me a reason, new software is not comming... what is this sir? so, plz see this metter very carefully.

My mobile got stolen from my office which is nearest to my house on 11/10/08 at 11:55 a.m. I have already complained to our nearest police station (Maheshtala Police Station).     I have had a vodacom contract with one phone since 1995 -two
    phones since 1996 and three phones since 2005. In all that time we had only nokia phones as they were suitable for our needs and never seem to give us any problems. Alas this last year we as normal upgraded our phones - two chose the Nokia 6288 which
    was a disasterous decision. Both our screens had to be repaired and yesterday i turned my phone off as we were at a function and on turning it on again the screen has gone again for the second time. I am not having it repaired again just bought a cheap nokia 1208 phone until our new contract . The second Nokia 6288 screen has also now just given in . The third phone we got was a Nokia E-65 also supposed to be a very good phone but the font is far too small and you cannot change the font to a large font.

    I submitted my handset nokia 5610 xpress music for repair on 11.11.2008 at kollam nokia care centre, jobsheet no [protected]/76 kerala . I was given delivery date after 3 days. But my handset is still not repaired.When I inquired, he told me - the spare not allowed at the time, after one week
    When I inquired again, then he told me that you can takeout your mobile another two week. There is very poor and slow customer care services from this care centre. i
    belong to karunagappally and nokia customer care office is around 25 kms away from my
    residence. so, most of the time i was in contact with them on telephone only, the first complient mail sent me the nokiacentre five days ago, the next day he told me the phone disply is damaged, replace them or hand over the phone, the first time of submit he told me disply is a good condition but some ic problams he charged estimate cost of rs 500/, i belive that nokia care wrong repaired this mobiel and this mob was damage by him, plz take some attention about this

    Nokia distributer service is poor & I have faced lot of hardware problems in this mobile in last 20 daysand I got it upgared softwere from the Nokia care center. Now again the speakers has started giving problems. This has me to write to Nokia.

    My Name is Jasmeet Singh and I am stay in Budh vihar Ph 1. I have a Problem Related to your nokia Service. I was Purchase a Mobile Nokia 3110C from hot spot rohini sec.3 the date of Purchase is 1/4/2009. Now no power in my phone and when I am switch on my mobile it is auto hanging problem. Today I was going in you nokia care Sushil Telecom they people send to me in Rohini M2k Nokia care. My token no is 19. Engineer told me there is the problem in Motherboard. We have to send this mobile in our service center you can collect after one week. But I would like to inform you the time of purchasing is not more then 10 day I don’t want to repair my mobile I need replacement my contact no is [protected]. kindly Replaced my Mobile ASAP...
