Very professional from the first phone call. They came out immediately to assess and fix the leaking pipes in my basement. I was very impressed with Nate and would definitely ask for his expertise if I have any future problems. Great company !

I will never call NIXCO again. They overcharged me, did not complete the work, and the service tech liked to use the F word. When I called to talk to the supervisor all he said was, "I'm sorry you had a bad experience." He never offered to make it right.

Nixco came out the next day to service our hot water heater that was leaking. Steve was early for the appointment, which was great. He was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service they provided and we will be calling them again for our plumbing needs.

Nixco Plumbing completed our work in a timely and professional manner. ***, the *** representative, replaced 3 faucets. He made sure they were positioned and looked perfect when he finished. We will definitely use *** for any plumbing needs in the future.

Called yesterday AM. Russ from Nixco came in the afternoon. He is excellent- 5 Stars. He is always professional, experienced, takes time to explain and answer questions. He does it right the first time! Been using Russ and Nixco for a few years. Lots of work done, including 2 tubs replaced. Great Company and Service Technicians.

Special thanks to Brandon, and the partner who worked with him today, for their fine work. They clearly care about what they do and the people they serve. Can't say enough about this company and all their personnel. And, to top it off, their costs are reasonable, too. Put them at the top of your plumbing service list!

Steve did a great job, was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable about the replacement of my water supply to my fridge. Being that they usually work on plumbing and not necessarily appliances, I so very much appreciated his help to correct my issues, even using better materials to avoid having the same problem months down the line! Thank you Steve! He was very sweet with my overly attentive pup too! Thanks again Nixco, will recommend and use you again with any future needs!

The men who did the job, Todd was the plumber, were very polite, and competent. They did not automatically try and up sell the job but did what had to be done. They were good at the cleanup. They got here on time and were easy to deal with. They were prepared with all necessary parts and equipment. It should also be noted in this time of social distancing they came with masks, gloves and booties. We have used Nixco in the past and while they might not always the least expensive they always do a job that is worth the cost.

This was my 2nd time needing plumbing work at my condo. Nixco was recommended by a friend so I contacted them. The work was done by Brandon and was done perfectly. This past week I needed repair or replacement on a hose bid in my garage. I requested Brandon and he met me at my condo at the time selected by me. After an inspection a part was needed. Brandon returned the next day with an assistant and completed the replacement. All is well. The next time a repair is needed Nixco will be the company that I call and, of course, I will request Brandon. Besides his expertise, Brandon is a very cordial and well-spoke person

Steve R provided great service in clearing our seriously clogged kitchen sink drain. This happened late on a Friday night, and yet he left his home to come help. It turned out to be a complicated clog, far down the drain pipe, yet he patiently kept at it. It took four times in all (a two-hour job that normally is quick), snaking farther and farther each time, and testing carefully after each one to see if it was clear. His attitude and friendliness were appreciated, and he gave us numerous tips for the best way to use the disposal to prevent problems. Also, since he needed several attempts with the snaking, he kept reassuring us and kept it positive.

The quality of your products, the quick response, and the expertise of your employees are just three of the reasons I am a return customer of Nixco. I want to recognize Chris and Cody, the two gentlemen who are friendly, polite, pleasant to have in my home, but most of all are true professionals. Chris helped me make the right decisions for my needs and Cody helped install the equipment in a fast and professional manner while leaving my home cleaner than it was before they arrived. Jeff, I am sure that you recognize what a true asset both of these men are to your business. Having been an educational administrator for many years, I understand more than most that you are only as strong and effective as your people. Again, thanks for the wonderful service.

I hired Nixco Plumbing Inc. to put in new pumps at my apartment complex. I spent a lot of money, over $24,000, for the pumps and installation. But the pumps kept failing, and Nixco had to come back many times. They charged me hundreds of dollars each time, but they couldn't fix the problem. I had to pay SOS to clean out the tanks every other week because of the failing pumps. The total cost for clean outs until the pumps were working properly was $6,000. The total charges for the follow-up visits was over $13,000. I finally contacted the pump manufacturer and asked them to recommend another plumber. We brought in someone else, and they fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They said the switches were too close together and fixed them. They also said each pump required 15 amps, but both were wired to the same 20 amp breaker. We installed a second breaker, and this stopped the breaker from tripping each time both pumps went on. Nixco should have been able to fix these issues if they knew what they were doing. They should have called in another company instead of charging me and never fixing the problem. I have copies of all the invoices and charges if you want to see them.
