I was very impressed with the entire staff of the Garage Floor Experts from the presentation by Angelo to the office staff, and the very professional workers. There was quite a number of options to choose from, and at a competitive price. The schedule was set, and it was followed through on a daily basis with calls as to when the crew would arrive. They did a metallic floor with two colors in my basement. Extremely satisfied with the final product. Not only did the final product exceed my expectations, but working with their entire team from start to finish was top notch. Based on the floor I picked out, the job involved a couple guys coming over for 6 days in a row for around 2 hours each day. The crew was very respectful and hardworking. Also, the price was very reasonable. If you're going to get this done, then save yourself time and only call Garage Flooring Experts.

Very professional and a job well done. A gentleman by the name of Julio came after I made the call and shows me the different patterns and textures available and walked me through the process. The installation was scheduled for a month after due to high volume and Christmas, yet they called me a lot sooner and I was happy to confirm a later installation. Within two days, the floors were finished. The workers took great care to not let any debris into the house or on the new floor. Once it was cured, it looked great. I'm very happy with the job.

Jerry cannot respond more favorably. The company is extremely professional and extremely nice to work with. Each person, from the salesperson (one of owners) coming to our house and explaining the process and taking the order to the three people who did the job the next week, all were nice to work with. Took three days to do and we were told when to expect the people by a phone call each day. On top of it all our garage floor looks great. We have two homes, one in FL and one in Chicago suburbs. I intend to use them again up north. Highly recommend.

Our floor looks beautiful. The men who worked on our garage floor were efficient and courteous. Each day everything was cleaned-up and we were notified of the timing for the following day. Each day we were told to stay out of the garage, and we did. We realize it takes time for the floor coatings to cure. The final clear coat was applied today and the floor is beautiful. John and his team did an excellent job. He also gave us instructions about staying off of the floor to let the coating cure. He also gave us information about the best way to clean our new floor. I chose Garage Flooring Experts (GFE) after Julio, their managing partner, came to my home and gave me a very professional presentation of their product. I was so impressed that I did not seek any additional quotes. I felt that I was in good hands with GFE. The installation team was prompt, courteous, and professional. Their operations manager kept me well informed on all scheduling issues. Once the job was completed I wanted to invite my neighbors over for a garage party. Nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From booking a consult with the rep, to the explanation of everything that needed and would be done, and was able to agree on a price that worked out for both parties, installation crew was quick, efficient and very thorough. They managed to get the border done without getting any epoxy on the wall. They let you know what time they will be working each day, the office follows up with you with directions and everything you need to know about the curing process and care to keep it beautiful forever. Honestly a great experience. I was referred to the company by some family members and I received a quick response for a quote. After receiving the quote, I was impressed by the customer service over the phone from Julie. A very nice lady and very thorough with the answers to my questions. I scheduled the work and everyday, the workers arrived on time and were self-sufficient. They kept me informed throughout the 3 day process and asked for my opinion of the work each day before leaving. I was quite impressed with the level of service and the cost for such a great product. I've already referred the company to other family and friends. Keep up the great work!

The overall job was very good. Julio did an excellent job of presenting all of the options and was available for questions afterward. The crew arrive in a timely manner and were very courteous. The only issue I had was the dust after the grinding. As much as they tried to mitigate it, there is always going to be some. Since I have existing items on shelves there will be some dusting to do. The floor looks fantastic and I can't wait to use it. The crew was as clean as can be given the dust. Since it is epoxy, taping of the garage/house door is important to keep the fumes out. It's very strong. I would recommend garagesolver to any homeowner looking to improve their flooring. Well worth it.

I am very impressed at the quality of service and product. Everyone at Garage Experts was perfect. Angelo came to the house and gave a detailed description of the product, its application and everything was in writing down to the smallest detail. The crew was led by Victor. Every day he would explain exactly what would be done for that day. They took great pride in completing the job. They were on time everyday. Either Jean or Alex would call and tell us the next arrival time. When Victor and his crew left for the day the job site was spotless. The most important thing is that they did a beautiful job. The floor is absolutely gorgeous! The quality is unbelievable at a reasonable price ! I'm so glad I found them.

Garage Solver came out and gave me a complete video presentation of what they would do including every step of the process. He outlined in detail all the costs involved and made me very comfortable with their services. They came out on the exact dates they promised and finished the job and cleaned up the area afterwards. When the job was complete, in two phases, I noticed that one of the coated areas was less glossy than the other. I called the company and John Smith, President, came out to the house in three days to inspect the job. He looked at the work and after a short discussion agreed with me and said they would put another layer of epoxy down at no cost to me. They came back as promised and finished the job and it looks just beautiful. I recommend Garage Solver without reservation. They are skilled flooring professionals and stand behind their product.

We utilize our garage both for our vehicles and for entertainment purposes. One day, while attending a Home Show, we noticed Garage Flooring Experts. We were impressed with their presentation. Shortly afterward, we decided to inquire about getting our garage floor resurfaced. They promptly responded and Angelo came to our home. He explained in great detail the stages of the project and the immense durability of the products. Angelo was knowledgeable and a great guy. Not having a moisture barrier originally, our garage always held moisture and we wanted that fixed along with all of the cracks in the floor. The professional crew of Ivan & Luis was terrific. Their quality of work speaks for itself. The office staff of Alex and Jean went above and beyond. They kept us posted on every aspect of this project. We would whole hardheadedly recommend Garage Flooring Experts to everyone. We still can't believe it's the same garage. Now when we watch those home improvement shows we understand the WOW factor. I have read many of the reviews and agree with many of them. I had my floor installed in 2015.The price was reasonable,the service excellent ,the installation crew professional.However I did not see where anyone addressed their lifetime warranty. This maybe good as no one needed to use it.This year I experienced a minor failure , lifting of the coating in a small specific area..I called Garage Flooring Experts and spoke with Jean, the office manager. I explained my problem . She asked that I send her some photos which I did. She immediately called me back and said it would be no problem to repair my floor . All she asked is if I could wait until she had a crew in the area and she would have Alex call me with a repair date . The same day Alex called me back and she put me on the work schedule. The floor has been repaired,again the service was excellent and the crew on time and professional each day . You may never have to use the warranty but from a customer who did it was painless..Thanks to Jean ,Alex and crew. Rick G

I didn't write my review immediately after application/installation since the instructions were to avoid/prohibit foot travel for 3 days, vehicle travel for 5 days, and I wanted to fully look it over before doing so. Its been over a week now and the floor looks (and feels) amazing. From start to finish the guys from Garage Flooring Experts (GFE) delivered a 5+ STAR job. I can't speak to durability, since I just go the floor installed, but I can speak to the professionalism, execution and thoroughness during the installation process.With so many companies that do this type of work I was worried about picking the right one. With that said, no regrets whatsoever with choosing to go with Garage Flooring Experts. I'm a meticulous and detailed type of person in everything that I do, and Garage Flooring Experts delivered on that. Their guys, [Name1] and [Name2], were very professional and you could tell took pride in their work. GFE also took the time to explain to me their process at the beginning, what was completed at the end of every day, what would be done the following day and recommendations for proper care (on top of the basic care instructions provided by the GFE after their last day.I would definitely recommend GFE to anyone looking to get their garage floor done.

I do most of my projects by myself as most people do not work to my standards. I recently installed a tankless water heater and installed a sink where the old water heater had been. I also installed wall cabinets in order to organize my single car garage. The final element of my project was to coat the garage floor. I did a lot of research and selected a product from Rustoleum called RockSolid. The product is hardly RockSolid. I did the same due diligence with the selection of a professional flooring installer to remove the RockSolid. I had researched renting tools to remove it myself and compared what it would cost to have someone else remove the product. I was pleased with the quote. This time the selection was true to the reviews. I had others give me an estimate for the same work. The other two were $363.00 lower but, I was impressed with Julio's presentation and selected Garage Flooring Experts to remove the existing product and install epoxy full broadcast and aluminum oxide non-slip coating. I am very glad that I did. The work was scheduled the day of the presentation and was followed by Alex and the workmen arrived as scheduled and on time. The work was professional and up to my standards. I would use them again. I should have had them do the work from the onset. Thank you again. The floor is a thing of beauty!

I answered a print ad for 50% Super Sale at $899 for 400 sq ft with Lifetime Warranty with a photo showing their premium product. When their rep came he explained that was for their basic finish with a 1 year warranty and without repairing cracks or adding the non- slip coating. A deliberate deceit in advertising

I had the company resurface my garage floor on 11/19 with an epoxy coating that came with a 5 year warranty. After one year blistering was occurring on the surface. Their service rep recommended waiting to see how much more might occur. I called them on 7/13 and they said they would not warranty the floor and tried to sell me a new one at a discount. I called them on 7/20 and left a message and have not received a return call. They will not back up their warranty and will not talk to me about any resolution.

Within a couple months of having our epoxy garage floor, it was peeling. We informed the company numerous times. They finally said they would "have the crews redo the coating at no charge to you" on November 16. They have not fulfilled their warranty obligations. They did not prep the garage correctly which has caused the peeling. In addition, they epoxy coating was less than paper thin. So they did not apply the coating correctly. They tried to blame it on "hydrostatic pressure" but this is not the case. The garage has had epoxy coating for 10 years previously with no issues! In addition, the garage had a moisture vapor layer applied! I am a scientist and understand hydrostatic pressure quite well. This is simply their way of avoiding the real issue...poor prep and poor application. I had to pay a few thousand dollars to have my cars and garage equipment moved and stored the last time they did the epoxy coating. I am asking for them to redo the coating and pay for the costs associated with moving and storage of my cars and equipment as I should not have to repay for that the second time around. Alternatively, they can refund me my money and I will take my business elsewhere. I have asked them politely for 2 YEARS to fix the garage floor and they have not. There is simply no excuse for this delay and it reflects on their honesty and integrity.
