does not stand behind warranty. unethical behavior.
System was installed January 2018. It took 2 months for them to come back and fix the exterior drainage. Currently i have 3" of water flowing through my basement as the system does not work as it was sold to me. I have been told that Bdry Corporate cannot help me and my local office has since told me that a bdry system was not installed... I have warranty paperwork with Bdry's name on it and their company trucks are covered in Bdry advertising. Neither corporate or my local rep will return my calls and have stated that they do not know how to fix my problem and they would not fix it. I paid over $10, 000.00 for this work and i am back to the same place i was before they ever touched my basement. I was sold the system with the notion that Bdry was a national company and if i ever had any warranty issues, a national company would stand behind it. But, they just blame it on the local rep and tell me i need to contact him to get this resolved. The local rep will not return my calls and has told me there was nothing he could at this point. Very unethical business.
the repair man left mess and didn't finish the job
My basement was flooded and I called to B Dry Systems of Michigan. The rep came and made some holes in my walls and floor. He damaged the tubes and left the mess after himself. When I asked if he has finished, he said no and told that he would return tomorrow. My basement still had leaks and I was so angry. Of course the repair man didn’t come back so...
