Job well done by the Installers they arrived early had placed floor protection all the way from the front door to the bathroom upstairs .the Installers told me they would do the plumbing first to not be without water.They water was off about 1 hour really good timing.Thanks CHR a wonderful Investment

Carolina Home Remodeling help us get a beautiful walk in shower. The process was so easy from the design, financing, and installation. The shower is gorgeous with beautiful gray walls, a large seat, big shower head, grab bars, and easy step in access. We love our new shower! We just wished we had done it sooner.

Very professional from the salesman to the finished walk in shower. The installers *** and his wife did a super job, shower is beautifeul and they cleaned up each day after working. Outstanding work. The installation crew were very courteous, clean, and took great care to keep the construction mess to a minimum. They informed us of their progress and when there was a delay (the county building inspector's fault, not theirs) and as promised, finished in one day. We couldn't be happier. Four great big thumbs up (my wife and I).

Great customer service! Had to wait over 4 months for sliding glass door. They called every 2 weeks to keep me informed of what was going on. When it finally arrived, they called immediately and put me on their install schedule. 3 days later it was installed and ready to go. Friendly, helpful and caring staff. I will use them again if the need arises.

Everything that was discussed during the initial contract interview was what happened, the only problem was it was a long wait for material.The installation crew was on time and ready to work, they put down runners to cover the floors and cleaned up behind themselves. The work done was beautiful, it turned a outdated small space with a tub into a luxurious step in bath with more space than I thought I had. Will recommend!

The remodeling crew who installed our new bathtub and shower enclosure did an excellent job. They were very professional and respectful of our home by laying down protective floor cloths that extended from our front door to the bathroom work area which we appreciated and they did an awesome clean-up during the entire project. The end results were beautiful! We would recommend Carolina Home Remodeling to others who are interested in home improvements!

Very professional from start to finish. Spent a lot of time helping design and matching my wants and needs, Office staff keep me well informed on materials that were ordered and scheduling of installer. Can not say enough about the installer, Jeremy Harris. He solved every unforeseen problem and completed the install with excellence and very much pride in his work. Don't think you could find anyone better. I would definitely recommend Carolina Home Remolding...

This my third project with Carolina Home Remodeling, replaced all windows, install a bathtub, shower kit, and to date; siding on my home. Everyone that worked on each project were very skillful, professional, and nice. They always shared their progress and gave me an accurate time of completion! Each job was complete within two to three days! All scrap material was clean out of the house and yard upon completion! Waiting to get my fourth underway! Very pleased with the work done!

I called this outfit to please come and give me a quote . They came the next day . The crew came out to install earlier than expected . Everything was explained to the detail . Had an issue with an existing (inferior) pipe that had nothing to do with Carolina Home . Yet a technician came out (the same day as detected) and installed , replaced with proper plumbing. Danial C is the "Go To" man . Very polite and professional. The crew and staff at the office as well . This company and product comes highly recommend! I can't stay outta the walk-in shower , I'm wrinkled from being waterlogged.

I had a great experience with Carolina Home Remodeling. I needed to have a patio door replaced. My technician, ***, was top notch. There were some issues with rotting, and it ran inwards into my home. *** took the time to fully explain what he needed to do and showed me the problem areas. He minimized the intrusion into the flooring in my home and made sure he reinforced and braced properly before installing my new door. Before leaving, he cleaned thoroughly and allowed me to try out my door and make sure things were functioning properly.This was not my first time using them, I had them replace all the windows in my home. They do great work.

Part 1 of complete review: My husband and I have been remodeling our home for several years now, often the part we hate the most is the first meeting with a Sales Rep. as many tend to not listen to our needs and push products. We cannot tell you how impressed and surprised we were about our meeting with Carolina Home's rep. Jeffrey G for Window installation. Mr. G was incredibly polite, informative and most importantly not pushy. Mr. G answered every question we had and gave an outstanding presentation of CHR's outstanding product.When he left, we both commented how the meeting was actually enjoyable. We happily went ahead with the project and are looking forward to our Window Installation and will be following up with a review of the final project.

The main installer did a wonderful job in November. However, the warehouse sent the wrong window for my bathroom and the apprentice installer drilled a hole in two of my window frames. The installer told me that he would have the window and the two frames ordered ASAP. February, they sent someone out to get the codes off of the window so they could in fact order the frames. March, I was told that because they made a mistake on the order, I had to wait another 3-4 weeks. April, I had an appointment for 5/11. The scheduler called and asked for it to be moved to 5/5, instead. So, I take off of work on 5/5 and no one showed up. I call on the evening of 5/5 and asked about the appoint, they indicated that they meant 5/6. Then they proceed to tell me that I'd have to wait another 4-6 weeks. Listen, it's the end of May and I'm still dealing with this company. I'm giving them two stars because the main installers are really good. However, the scheduler is awful. I've taken days off of work where she's told me the installer was coming and they didn't even know they had scheduled appointments with me. I'd really recommend them getting a better scheduler.

I had Carolina Home Remodeling come out to my crib to do some work and they did a bang-up job! They was on time and got straight to work. The crew was real friendly and professional. They did a great job on my kitchen and bathroom remodel. I was real impressed with the quality of work and the attention to detail. They even cleaned up after themselves, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Carolina Home Remodeling to anyone looking for some home improvement work done. They the real deal!

I had Carolina Home Remodeling install a sunroom and they promised a lifetime warranty for everything. About a month and a half ago, with some wind, one of the windows broke. I called them and informed them, and they came and took measurements and photos. It's been four weeks since then and no one has come to fix it. I keep calling them and someone answers, but I can't seem to get the right person to talk to. Every time I leave a message, no one calls me back. Please take action to finish my problem. I am a senior citizen and I am losing a lot of energy because the broken glass is letting air into my home. Sorry for my broken English, and please help me.
