Brookstone's guys moved my stuff back in my house last week. They were careful and didn't scratch the floors or walls. They finished a 2-day job in just one day! Big shoutout to Mario, Marcus, Lupe, and Ant for doing a great job!

Pensacola, Fl - Brookstone Restorations thru USAA, following Hurricane Sandy, put tarps on the roof to cover shingle loss and roof damage. They also took out big damaged trees from the yard. The workers were really careful and professional, they came when they said they would. The prices for things not covered by insurance were really fair.

Brookstone Restoration, LLC is really good at what they do. They came fast and had all the right people and tools to deal with the mess caused by a big storm. They had to remove a massive oak tree that caused a lot of damage. The tree was super big, like 36 inches wide, and my house needed some temporary fixing. I was happy I went with Brookstone.

I had an incident in my home, where my insurance company contacted Brookstone. Rachel has been really helpful. With her knowledge of water damage and parts of my home being completely ruined, she managed to get my insurance claim approved. She's been a real blessing for me and I really appreciate her. She's an amazing lady. I'm sure my job will be done professionally and correctly, so I won't have any more problems. They started working on my home this morning. Thanks a lot Rachel and Brookstone.

Brookstone came to our rescue not once but twice when we were hit with floods in July and October. The team was so reassuring, caring, and professional. They did their best to save anything they could. They cleared all the damaged items and dealt with the mud and muck that was left behind. They were much cheaper than other companies, which was a big deal because we didn't have flood insurance for the first flood. If you ever need these services, I highly recommend them.

My family was devestated when my mothers home burned and my mother died in the fire. Brookstone Restoration cleaned out the contents of this extremely full house and took it to a safe location until my sisters and I could make it to town to sort through a lifetime of world moves and travels. The employees of Brookstone have been wonderful to work with, from team leader Rachel to every single team member including Aubrey, Chris, Alex, Tashika, and especially Cody. A big Sweet Gum fell on my house. I contacted Rachel C and she was always there to coordinate the project. David M and his crew took away the big tree and cleaned up the area and my yard. Communication was great and I would highly recommend them for any tree work you need done. They were really careful to save my existing landscaping without hurting it and worked smartly to remove the tree without causing more damage.

The best thing to mention is that Rachel was there throughout the process, making sure everything went smoothly and as fast as possible. Thank you Rachel, David, and your team for reducing the stress. A special thanks to Rachel for dealing with my impatience and worry.

We used this company 'bout two months ago 'cause of a bathroom leak. We had to redo the whole bathroom. Supposed to take two weeks, but ended up takin' over a month. Wasn't too impressed with 'em. The bathroom tile wasn't up to par. They came back twice to fix it, but still ain't what it should be. We even had to pay extra just to paint the upper half of the bathroom. We had to paint the bathroom ceiling, bathroom door, and all the trim work ourselves. On top of that, they left the whole house covered in white dust. They didn't bother puttin' up plastic over the doorways to keep the dust contained. We had to do it ourselves and also put plastic down on our floors. They said they'd do it before they started, but we ended up havin' to do it to protect our floors. Overall, not satisfied with 'em at all.

When I first met Rachael at Brookstone, I could tell right away that she genuinely cared about me. She's always there for you, ready to help and genuinely concerned about your well-being. My house got struck by lightning and caught fire, and under Rachael's guidance, it had to be completely gutted. Sometimes, it felt like progress was a bit slow, but I never doubted Rachael's expertise or ability to address all my concerns. She worked really hard to inventory all the damaged items, which was a huge task. Rachael really took a weight off my shoulders.

I have to give Rachael a big shout-out for the demolition phase of my project. She did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend her and Brookstone to anyone. If the rebuilding phase goes just as smoothly, I'll definitely be leaving another positive review. Thanks a lot, Rachael!

I had a water damage in my home. They dried and replaced everything, but we had issues from day 1 with the tile and the hardwood flooring. They did send the owner of the tile company back out, and he stated that it was the worst tile job he has ever seen. However, it was never replaced, only regrouted several times. We had the same issue with the hardwood floors, as they started warping and the color was chipping out. I called and have been getting the run around, with them saying it was the flooring company's bad materials. They have been saying this for 3 years. Yesterday, I called the flooring company, who put the blame on Brookstone. They said Brookstone did not send the information they asked for, and it was Brookstone's bad installers. I don't know who is to blame, but I hired Brookstone to do the job, and it is still in worse condition than before. I want my flooring fixed. It's been three long battling years to no avail.

My famly recently lost our mother in a house fire. We had to deal with our grief while also handling the physical consequences of the house and its contents. We would never have been able to manage without the Brookstone employees. They worked very hard to accomodate our needs in as short a time as possible and were extremely polite, considerate, kind, thoughtful and mindful of our possessions. I do not believe they could have done anything more to be helpful--they even had meals brought in for us when we needed! Rachael, the program manager, was a dream to work with; she helped us turn a devastatingly horrible situation into one we actually enjoyed as much as was possible. Rachael and Cody worked extra hard and long hours; Aubrey, Tashika, Chris and Alex also worked hard, and all were extremely polite and respectful. I highly recommend this company any time you have a need!

I just had Brookstone Restoration move out my furnicher, tear out the old wood flooring, and install new LVP flooring in my home. Then Brookstone Restoration put my furnicher back in place. ALL of Brookstone's personnel were superb. There are two that I want to single out.

Rachel took charge of removing all my furnicher for the floor work. She took care of my furnicher, and home, like it was hers. Her work ethic and professionalism are superb. She is a fantastic supervisor and has her eyes on everything. She was in charge of moving my furnicher back in, after our floor was completed. Once again, she was all over it! She is just superb at what she does for your company.

The second person I want single out is Kevin M, the floor work project manager. After his first visit with me and my wife, Kevin really put our minds at ease. He worked with the budget we had and delivered to us a beautiful new floor. Kevin's communication skills are outstanding. He kept us abreast of timelines and did a wonderful job at following up and request we had for him. Kevin took care of our home like it was his. The finished product in our home was above our expectations. My wife and I could not be happier.
