I ordered a size 9 bootie. Great product for a great price I think. There was no label on the shoe to indicate a size and there was no packing slip. I have tried to email them 3x but they say I have an invalid telephone number. Trust me, I know what mybtelephone number is!
I would love to exchange them for a larger size but they do not respond!

I ordered vest on Nov 8 (that is when it paid from my PayPal account) & I have yet to receive. Wanted to see if u would take care of before I turned over to my PayPal for failure to receive & request a refund.

Hi I ordered a bra from your website and it was too small so I would like to return it and get my money back. How do I go about doing that ? Do I need a shipping label or can I just return it in my own packaging

I have tried to reach costumer service.I have done everything I can, upswing telephone and email that is provided on the new chic web sight.attempts were made on december11 and12.I'm attempting much larger size, or refund.

I have not recieved my order of shoes no [protected] ordered 26/11/2017 the post office has no record of it although tracking tells me that many outlets in China have recieved it and also in NSW AUSTRALIA have received it this was my first order and not happy with result it was reqired by Christmas

This company is s scam.
There tracking does not update nor can they tell you where your order is.
They refuse to assist and they refuse to refund your for any errors they have made. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from them.

Very cheap quality
Very cheap quality products unlike the pictures you see on their websites. Products come from China from Chinese companies and it takes forever to get the products.

Placed an order with New Chic a few MONTHS AGO through a Facebook advertisement. They took the money out of my bank account immediately! Two months later, I get a poorly written email saying my dress is back ordered and I can request a refund. I requested a refund 2 and a half months ago. NOTHING! This company IS A SCAM. They are based in China.

I purchased 2 barbie doll heads on Dec. 15, 2017 and the recipents have not received there gifts yet what is going on? Im calling my card people to make a dispute so I can get my money back. I take it y'all are scamming people.

Ordered boots because they advertised on Facebook. Attention Facebook: this is a terrible company, and it will hurt my perception of Facebook. They do not have a reasonable return policy: you must contact them first to get a refund, and they are basically unreachable so you are stuck with the product even if you do not like it.

It's already 2018 more than two months. I still didnt recieve my product there is no vonfirmation of product. I have paid the money for it.

Ordered mens shorts on August 3, 2018. Promised delivery in 7 to 10 days. Order [protected] still not delivered. Tracking Number provided says "Item not found." Customer service web site does not exist. I have never read so many bad reviews about one company. BUYER BEWARE! This Chinese company is running a SCAM.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes to be paid with Paypal after delivery. Trans no 43D121188P8090600V invoice no [protected] Tracking no L5495120996CN. I have not received the items and my paypal account shows it has been paid. Please correct this situation at once. The order was placed on Jan 1, 2018 and payment made to you from Paypal on Jan. 15, 2018.

Boots arrived in a fast time from ordering. When I opened the package I was initially impressed. When I went to try on the boots, I was surprised and disappointed to find that only one had an insole fitted. The right foot insole was missing. Very poor attention to detail when going through final check before sending out to customer.

After 2 months, still I'm waiting for my NewChic.com order. Even I have talk through Live Chat with them and they did not give us any reasonable response to our claim !

December 26: ordered size 11 US. These slippers appear be about size 13, and are completely unacceptable because of the size. Please advise what I should do with these slippers, because I'm unable to use. I will gladly return, however I expect to be reimbursed for the price and freight. Thank you.

I cannot place an order because the order form requires that I fill out "State/province/region" and whatever I put there it rejects it.
I live in The Netherlands, we do not regions or provinces.

How can I order without using that line?

My home address is complete without that extra line.

I ordered a top before Christmas but when I received it I was appauld by the quality and the size, I returned it on the 3rd of January which cost £5.13
I'm still waiting for a refund of £32.29 which was much to much for such a shabby garment.

I ordered a pair of boots from newchic on 28th of January and have not received them. I have not been given an order number or tracking number. It is impossible to contact this company. I have read numerous complaints of a similar nature and warnings about newchic online. I want my money back really.

I sent an email complaining about the price on my check out, my total pricing for the merchandise was 100.98 - a 15% coupon discount and you showed a total price of 191.57, need an explanation before i either purchase or submit a complain to the customer protection bureau

Never received a confirmation number. Money taken from account and have not received my merchandise. .now what? I can't even track this. Very poor business

How to return shoes who does not fit?
It is very difficult to join someone to help, nothing is clear on the page.
It should be easy if you want to keep your costomer.
