Do not order with this company or give them any information. The good reviews are fake. Items they claim are in stock suddenly are out of stock when you order them and they have your money for at least a while. Who knows what they do with your data when you contact them.
The web site is full of spelling errors and nonsensical data that gives clues. Basically a data mining company in murky backwaters of Hong Kong

3 pairs of socofy sandals all the same style but three different colors and i never received these items. This was done on 6/26 and i have yet to receive these and have been charged on my credit card.

Item -flat business formal shoe, size 8 arrived. It is almost size 9 and smells like chemistry lab. It looks like coming directly from china. I difinitly can not use it. Please direct

Beware! Ordered a blouse from this company, took around 6 weeks to receive! They sent the wrong size, when I wanted to return it is when it went wrong! I would have to pay return postage to CHINA before they would refund me it was clearly their mistake! My computer was exposed to malicious software after this order and credit card was stolen!

I placed my order on September 22. Order # RU888748469CN. As of today, October 13, the tracking site says this order is in processing and has not been shipped. The information above is about all I can think of so this is being added to meet your criteria of a longer complaint. Apparently it still isn't long enough for you so here is some more.

Attempted several times to make a credit card purchase. Gave all the iformation as instructed. Twice your company attempted to go through a "FAKE PAY PAL" account.

Lies, stealing from the public. This is the 20th review Ive left all over the net.

On 22/8/18 $ 44.00 was taken from my credit card by you for a top I ordered online - I did not even receive a tracking number or email to confirm when I actually placed the order which I thought strange - yet you've taken my money . I placed an order on 8-3-2018 for 2 bra's. I never received the items due to supposedly being on back order. You need to refund my credit card. I do not or should not have to give my credit card information again, because you charged it. Just return my money please, credit the account you have on file.

I purchased this item on 11/06/2017. It arrived on 05/07/2017. I was very pleased with it and used it for a few weeks. Then I noticed both side seams split open. I am very disappointed as I loved this item. Please advise me as to what you intend to do about this. Thank you. Also please see enclosed photos of the damaged item.

Order #[protected] was placed on Wednesday 16 August, 2017.Shipping Method Priority Direct Mail.As of today Tuesday 5 September, 2017 have not received my order.The order was paid for on the same day as the order.Supposed to have been shipped on August 24, 2017.I would like to know what happened to my order.

Hi I bought underwear one was out order I told by email they be in at 30 august. I have email 4 times now not one back to tell me order on way please could you find out or put money back into my bank this my first order from new chic very bad.

Bought an item that the web site advertised as in stock, they took my money and then turned around and said the product was out of stock as well as taking my money. Huge waste of time, energy and unessary stress on my behalf, cant be too bad for them they take your money and dont delivier on items.

I have been trying to place an order online or on my phone all day. First of all, the page with product doesn't show picture, just blinks words on and off. Then when I tried to choose a mailing method, it wouldn't let me. Your phone number doesn't seem to work. Is this a real company. Going elsewhere.

I have been trying to verify the status of order #[protected] with tracking #[protected] from Sept 22, 2017. I get the same reply from "Morris" in customer service stating/repeating the same information and to kindly wait . I'm quickly running out of patience and just want the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered.

I bought a jacket from this "Company" on October 25, 2017. It is poorly made and at least two sizes too small. I have tried SEVEN times to contact NewChic about a return and they simply refuse to reply to my requests. It is my opinion that this "Company" is a total scam. I would RUN, very fast, in the opposite direction from this "Company".

On 11/9 i ordered 3 pairs of shoes it is now 11/29 and i still have not recieved any notifications that the package is on its way. i contacted DHL shipping and they said that the sender hasn't even released the package after 20 days. This is ridiculous
