How come my order got cancelled stating that it was die to your risk management policy?I must have ordered so many items in the past from your site and i just dont get why this should happen to me?

Beware! Ordered a blouse from this company, took around 6 weeks to receive! They sent the wrong size, when I wanted to return it is when it went wrong! I would have to pay return postage to CHINA before they would refund me it was clearly their mistake! My computer was exposed to malicious software after this order and credit card was stolen!

I purchased this item on 11/06/2017. It arrived on 05/07/2017. I was very pleased with it and used it for a few weeks. Then I noticed both side seams split open. Bought an item that the web site advertised as in stock, they took my money and then turned around and said the product was out of stock as well as taking my money. Huge waste of time, energy and unessary stress on my behalf, cant be too bad for them they take your money and dont delivier on items.

I have been trying to place an order online or on my phone all day. First of all, the page with product doesn't show picture, just blinks words on and off. I bought a jacket from this "Company" on October 25, 2017. It is poorly made and at least two sizes too small. I have tried SEVEN times to contact NewChic about a return and they simply refuse to reply to my requests. It is my opinion that this "Company" is a total scam. I would RUN, very fast, in the opposite direction from this "Company".

On 11/9 i ordered 3 pairs of shoes it is now 11/29 and i still have not recieved any notifications that the package is on its way. i contacted DHL shipping and they said that the sender hasn't even released the package after 20 days. This is ridiculous
