Received an email at 517 (central) on 9/24/19 stating that I could rejoin netflix free for 30 days. I tried to rejoin, it kept wanting to charge, I called the helpline and the lady couldn't help so i asked to speak to a supervisor. I talked to Vin and he basically said if I wanted the free trial, I had to restart everything (email, payment card, etc.) And then I would be eligible. So I told him that's basically restarting and not rejoining. He said yes, and that's all he could do.
