On May 9th 2023 earlier this month, I had a fraud activity that occurred to my account No [protected] as a checking account. I canceled the case because I discovered where the money went.

no one of your investigators called me about this case. I follow up myself. until they reversed my money.

therefore, my wife's standard bank was affected because that transaction happened in May. I went to Standard Bank and my wife with an affidavit and certified asylum permit that has been expired 5 months ago. Standard Bank replied they do not have a problem with my wife's business account is only my services provider, Nedbank gave me a notice letter that certified my case number as [protected] fraud number, and [protected] as a cancellation case number

sir, am aware that my asylum has been expired but I did send the email to home affairs before and after expiring date my application has not successfully completed online. all the foreigner's renewal is passing online. therefore I called the fraud line to explain it was Mr. PETROS on Friday 21 07 2023 time 18h16 pm, with case number or reference [protected] he said he sent an email to my investigator Miss SAMANTA witch who never called me.

on 24 07 2023, I spoke with MUZI DLAMINI time 14h34 pm, reference number [protected] he sent me to the branch in East Gate Mall where always I collect my card. I went there they said I could not be helped because my asylum had expired. I called Mr. MUZI DLAMINI to escalate my case to the relevant person he told me I must forward the emails that I sent to Home Affairs I did he came back to me after 3 days and said that the office said there was nothing they could do for me. I did send the formal letter to immigration, T HOME AFFAIRS nothing as a response. not my wife's business is collapsing because of that letter that my service provider needs to give me. I have a credit account witch I need to pay with you how can I pay it, while I don't get help here on the other side we lost business imagine is a security business account.

please I need your help so I can be paid your credit card. now you are black listing me whilst you could have assisted me.
