Navy Federal Credit Union froze my accounts and denied access to my funds and account records without clear explanation or timely response. The freeze includes military retirement pension and VA benefit deposits, which are federally protected income sources. Despite years as a member and multiple attempts to resolve the issue — including a formal written demand served on their registered agent — Navy Federal has remained unresponsive. This prolonged account freeze has caused serious financial harm, disrupted housing and refinancing efforts, and interfered with basic legal and personal obligations. I am seeking immediate restoration of account access, full disclosure of records, and resolution of the harm caused.
