My insurance never lapsed. My agent emailed and sent proof thru US mail. Mr Cooper assigned their insurance to my mortgage for $453 a month but the 6 moth insurance cost was $1753. They say they didnt receive refund for insurance that wasn't needed. Insurance company says it was refunded and also has already been processed by Mr Cooper. So they don't "know' where the money is but my mortgage is still raised $453 a month. NEVER do business with Mr Copper! Over the last 3 months they have raised my payment over $600.
Horrible company that I believe tries to force a person into losing the property so they can sell it off or retain it as an asset.
SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!

Recommendation: AVOID at all cost!!!!
