I purchased 4 tires online in August. They came in a day late. One was the wrong size, so NTB had to reinstall my old tires so I could drive home. So, it took 3 trips to get tires I had already paid for.
I should have been prepared, but I'm okay with second chances.
My child bought a car that needed 2 tires, the first week in September. I ordered them on the phone. They arrived as scheduled and were installed an hour early per my request.
I went home to install rainguards and mudflaps. I was astounded to find NEW, as in never seen before, damage to the car. I returned to NTB to seek repair.
I was informed that there were 15 cameras in the shop and there would be an investigation.
I was told that the only video seen was of the car leaving the shop and no damage occurred then.
I was told I would be called when the video of the car entering and exiting the shop was available for me to see. I never got that call.
I was told by NTB shop manager that they had recently paid a claim for $1400 in vehicle damage. He told me that in an attempt to placate me and convince me that they would take responsible action.
I feel cheated, scammed, and frustrated!
Recommendation: Be very wary at NTB! Maybe another shop is a better choice.
