National today 5/11/2026 permanently closed my Emerald Club account for making too many complaints by calling up and asking for reimbursement, and they don’t want to open it. They also didn’t give me any warnings. I have exhausted all support channels and also submitted an email to [protected]@nationalcar.com, [protected]@ehi.com
I respectfully request a review and reinstatement of my Emerald Club account.
