I booked a car for a trip to Detroit MI, arrived at National rent a car to pick up my car after a log day of flying to go see my new grandbaby. Was told they could not give me a car. They are not giving out cars because they do not come back! You need to honor your bookings!
Now I am stranded at the airport and very angry, will NEVER rent from them again! What about your customers? SO SAD!
