I used MyTrip.com for purchasing 2 Air India flights with extra leg room: BKK-DEL (11A) and for DEL-AMS (30A). Air India had a "schedule change" so the date changed from June 9 instead of June 8, and with it my reserved extra leg room seating was gone. When I claimed MyTrip.com they asked me to claim Air India. When I claimed Air India they authorized refund via email, instructing me to claim it through MyTrip.com. For a reason I can not understand, MyTip.com would not take action for getting this refund from Air India and pass it to me. Instead, they keep investigating me for more details, even through Air India already authorized the refund. This is just ridiculous.
