disappointed
this website was recommended to me and I used them to buy a ticket. Don't know what I was thinking. There are many other websites with better reputation and reviews, should have read before... They sent me tickets that were different from what I ordered. The destinations were fine, but the waiting time between flights was enormously long. I contacted their customer service asking to fix the problem and they wanted me to pay an extra fee for it. I had to do it.

unreliable company
MyTrip is totally unreliable company. We paid a lot of money for 3 tickets and needed to change dates. When I contacted customer service and asked for help there was no response. Left them several messages and asked them to contact me back as soon as possible, because there was no time left. They never did anything and that caused me and my family many...
