Subject: Formal Complaint – 7 Days Without Resolution

Dear Customer Relations,

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable handling of my booking.

For the past 7 days, I have spent countless hours communicating with your agents regarding a serious booking issue involving my family and a 16-year-old minor. During this time, I have been transferred repeatedly between agents, disconnected from chats and calls without resolution, and promised supervisor callbacks that never occurred.

Despite multiple assurances that my case had been escalated, I have received no meaningful update, no supervisor contact, and no resolution.

I have retained screenshots and records of all communications, including escalation confirmations, callback promises, agent transfers, and the time spent attempting to resolve this matter.

The amount of time, stress, inconvenience, and uncertainty caused by the handling of this case has been unacceptable.

I am requesting:

1. Immediate review of my case by senior management.
2. A written update on the status of my booking.
3. A direct point of contact responsible for resolving this matter.
4. Review of my case for compensation due to the significant delays, repeated transfers, and failure to provide the promised support.
5. Review of all fees and charges associated with this booking.

If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will consider pursuing additional formal complaint channels and consumer protection avenues available to me.

I expect a prompt response and resolution.

Claimed loss: Tickets now are so expensive, and the 7 day waiting to get email or call. As well as the stress that I got so I had to see the doctor, all cost me $6000 in total

Desired outcome: Please refund everything that you charged me for + the compensation $6000

I’ve been calling them for 7 days and they kept transferring me between agents and department and hung up the call on me several times. No one solves my issue that they caused it to me where they separated my son from my flight and no one callback me or even email.
