MyTrip review: Mytrip fraud – a nightmare I will never forget

MyTrip cancelled my EgyptAir booking (Order number [protected]) themselves due to the Iran war, yet they shamelessly refused to refund the full amount. EgyptAir confirmed I am entitled to the full 119 KWD, but MyTrip only returned 75 KWD and is deliberately withholding the rest. This is not just incompetence—it is outright fraud.
> For ten days they have dragged me through endless excuses, repeating the same empty line “our team is working on it.” They closed my refund case on their website without resolution, shut down chats when I demand answers, and their agents speak in a rude, hostile tone.
> The experience is bitter, exhausting, and disgraceful. MyTrip cancelled the ticket, but they still keep my money. This company is a scam operation that abuses customers, ignores airline confirmations, and hides behind meaningless phrases. I am outraged and warn everyone: stay away from MyTrip, they will rob you and treat you with contempt.
