MyTrip review: Request to cancel 2 flights

I am trying to reach anyone from MyTrip Support team to cancel and refund my flights, however its always unsuccessful .

I have two flight bookings and I tried to access them via the “Manage Booking” feature, but I am not receiving any access link by email. I AM REQUESTING TO CANCEL AND REFUND THE BELOW FLIGHTS

Here are my booking details:

Email used for both bookings: [protected]@hotmail.com
Passenger Name: Ahmed Farahat

Please help me cancel and refund my bookings or provide the cancellation or refund links directly, as I am unable to manage them online.
