Well I signed up for a special, and I never got a receipt, and the next thing I know my debit card was charged $179.40, I just signed in less than 24 hours ago, as I am demanding a full refund, I looked up several old high school friends from 1975, and the information on there site was at least 10-15 years out of date, The latest information I had on my friends was less than 10 years old and way more accurate. So I have requested a full refund by email, as I was not able to find a phone number or a way to chat. Just furious as this is the new way to run a business
Claimed loss: $178.40 so far, I have requested a full refund as it has been less than 24 hours since I signed in, and now I can not even find the special that I had signed up on, and what are these extra charges for?
Desired outcome: Refund my full amount they autodrafted out of my account without my knowledge $179.40, and I will no longer use this program as it has been less than 24 hours since I logged in and there information is way out of date
