This company sells key organizers that fits all your keys very compactly. On December 3rd, I ordered 4 of these for Christmas presents. They said in the email to expect it to take 14-21 business days for delivery. Needless to say, Christmas came and went - no product. On January 11th, I sent my first email asking what the status of the order was. The email I received back said they could not find my order in the system and asked if I would forward them the confirmation, which I did. I received an email back saying that they have submitted a refund request to their refund department and I should receive an automated message within 3-5 days. No message. On January 20th, I contacted them again - this time a bit more frustrated. telling them that I wanted my refund immediately. I received another email saying that they had sent a follow up to their refund department and to email this person directly if I did not see the refund within 5 business days. Today, I have contacted them yet again stating that i wanted my refund immediately. I received an immediate reply saying they had sent ANOTHER follow up request to the refund department and that I should see the refund within 5 business days. I cannot find a phone number to call. Shame on me for clicking on an ad that I saw. Guess I've learned my lesson! I told them that I would be posting my dissatisfaction with their company anywhere I could!

I have also become a victim of this Company. They stated that the process would take about 4 weeks from payment to delivery and they also stated this would be the worst scenario. Here we are now nearly 10 weeks later and nothing. I've sent emails to them to complain and they reply stating there has been a massive demand for this item and are working to catch up with orders. I truly believe I will not see this item. Looking now to get a refund from my credit card company. I hope Facebook won't allow this company to advertise on their site ever again.

It isn't just handykeys they advertise either. I ordered a USB power pack on a two for one offer. Now offering two for one would indicate that they have the stock to fulfill my order yet nine weeks on the order is still at the stage of 'getting my order ready'. WTF? This is so obviously a scam designed to get as much money in as quickly as possible with no chance of me ever seeing my power packs. I have contacted their customer support but no reply oh surprise surprise! Fortunately I am a pay by PAYPAL freak due to the amount of cover they provide so I will get my money back and PayPal will chase them.
STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS.

I ordered 2 of these for $19.99 over 5 weeks ago. They took my money but no product. I requested status last week but they sent me a "canned" email saying it will be shipped in one more week. This place is a scam and taking a lot of money from people. Very sad these fake companies are making a fortune from us. By the way it is not a charger as advertised only a cable.

Wendy King - I have commented about this company on my own Facebook page and got people to share it, so try doing that if you cannot comment on the company's FB page. People like this have to be stopped from ripping us off.

I also ordered and paid for this product 12/12/2015.
After 21 days of waiting for my product i sent my first email. Was told they were overwhelmed with orders and i would receive mine within 5 to 21 business days. Ha! Numerous emails later and requesting a refund only to be told it would have to be approved by their refund department. They were fast in taking my money plus postage costs but to this day i am yet to receive my goods or a refund! 26/5/2016.They have now blocked me and anyone else from commenting on their fb site and also my emails are returned stating unknown email address. This would be the worst online company i have ever dealt with and its about time they were held accountable for taking peoples money under false pretences...in other words they stole my money and everybody else who hasnt received their product or a refund. I paid $19.95 plus $9.95 for postage which totals $28.90...I bet that amount runs into the thousands or tens of thousands and more if more than a thousand people have been ripped off.

ordered handy keys 5th April hadn't arrive by 25th May complained - refund to Paypal following day. So disappointing but at least I got my money back

I also ordered two of these handy keys on 10th April 2016. I have had a similar experience to everyone else on here, i.e., the company has taken my money, but not supplied the goods. I have emailed several times, only to be told that they are behind with orders due to "unprecedented demand" - it would seem that is their stock answer. I have today, raised a complaint via PayPal and I have also posted on my Facebook page advising others not to fall for this scam.

I ordered mine as a 2 for 1 offer for one with cat's paws on it. I ordered it in mid February. I just got an email yesterday saying my order had been shipped. I tracked it and it's shipping from China. Seems I'm luckier than other complainers in that I may actually receive a product for my money. I will never order from them again. Never.

I also purchased these back on Apr 20th and I have yet to receive them. I also used Paypal and thank goodness I did. I have contacted this company through email and it said my request has been received and will be reviewed. I commented on their website and they told me to contact Customer support@myhandykey.com. I submitted an email on their page where it said get this item and then the contact us. I filled out the form with my complaint a few minutes ago. I haven't heard anything yet. I did comment on their site under the item that I purchased advising I had contacted them providing the receipt from PayPal and all pertinent info. I advised I would be contacting PayPal and the BBB if I don't receive a response within a week to my comments. Damn scam artists!

Just a tip. Never directly order from any advertiser on Facebook . If they provide an actual website, go there. Make sure they have delivery, return, address and phone number. Make record of this information. Next, check reviews online for the product and the website. If you feel like ordering after all this. Pay through PayPal using A CREDIT CARD ONLY. With a debit card they can clean you out and recovery is time consuming as is the case with withdrawal from checking.

Just like everyone here I never received the product. Purchased on 17 March, on 28 April (after my second email) got an email saying my product would ship "next week". Today's (21 May) request for an update got the response that my order would ship "soon". This is clearly a scam.

It took a while for the hand key to come due to not enough in stock. I have ordered enough things through online and sometimes companies get back ordered. They were very nice and I finally got my hand key and I love it.

I ordered 2 on 5 Feb 2016 & e mailed again on 27 March asking for the delivery. A few weeks later they did arrive but another 2 I'd ordered in March to bring to friends in South Africa on 14 May haven't. I too had the same "delay due to high sales" e mail but I have had 2. Now on hols in STH Africa for 3 weeks so won't know more till June.

Ashena.Ashena is absolutely correct. I paid by PayPal, got lots of excuses - product will ship next week, can't change the colour because of system limitations, unprecedented demand etc. I asked for a refund and got the response "you will receive an automated email within a few days". I said if I didn't receive a refund I would be lodging a complaint with Paypal. I think Shopify is just as hopeless - I sent them a message with a link to this thread and am yet to hear anything meaningful. Anyway, I received a full refund to my Paypal account in less than 24 hours. If you are fortunate enough to pay by PayPal, definitely say you will complain to PayPal. Otherwise complain to your local regulator. I am in Australia and the payment via PayPal was from a Melbourne based Australian company - eCommerce Fusion Pty Ltd. If you are in Australia you can complain to the Victoria consumer regulatory body. They insisted to me they are not a scam, but this thread and the experience of ridiculous delay suggests otherwise. If they are not a scam, they are one of the worst run businesses I have come across.

I ordered a dog handykey April 10th 2016 and it's been 4 weeks and still no product, I also ordered a USB charger with it and have not received it either. I asked for my money back, next I will file a claim with PayPal for a refund.

I ordered mine recently and based from what I read here its most probably a scam. I've noticed they'll just give you a confirmation email and no receipt whatsoever. I think I have to talk to my bank now.

I received a charge on my Discover bill for April 5, 2016 for the Fat Burner book. I had ordered it, but I have not received it. Please check your corspondance to know when I ordered it. Also please send me another copy so I can get started using it. With all the complaints I have read I hope you can see fit to either send the book or the $37.00 I paid for it. Maybe you can e-mail me and let me know what is wrong with this situation.

Fortunately My order to HandyKey was made through Paypal. I waited 11 days before contacting the company. I got my Paypal refund with NO information from the company why they did not fill the order. Why all the internet advertising if you are not fulfilling orders? Apparently they have copied another company's product: Keysmart owns the rights, go to www.getkeysmart.com if you would like to order a KeySmart.

I ordered one of these on a bogo deal from facebook. Wish i had seen these complaints sooner! I have now gotten the same e-mail response that a lot of you have.;(
I had to go on facebook and comment just to get my e-mail answered after three days and they claim that customer support is open 24/7.
My question to you all is this, how many of you paid through paypal and did you contact paypal about a refund? If my order doesn't show up when promised i will contact paypal. I don't understand how they are still in business and are able to advertise if they're not shipping out orders. Does canada operate differently than the usa and allow bogus companies to stay in business?

They said my order would take 4 to 6 weeks that was on 3/20/2016 .I have sent them e-mail after e-mail they do not respond.Have tried to get them to either send the HandyKey or send my money back(Shipping and all $24.90)they will not answer back something needs to be done they are making alot of money off of people for no product.

I am a victim as well. I got the story that there was such a demand for the product that the delivery would be delayed. In believe they were buying time to get the money credited to their account.

I ordered 4 of these in Dec. I have made several inquiries to have money refunded. Have not received keys or money refunded. When I posted on their Facebook site that they are a scam, they removed my comment and blocked me from making further comments.

I've just bought the cheaper version from eBay and it's useless. The two pegs are different sizes and the larger one is too big for any of my keys to fit on and it won't work putting them all on the one end. Thankfully it was very cheap as it's now in the bin!

I opened a dispute with PayPal and got in just under the wire. At 180 days you cannot start a dispute. I got my money back in 24 hours PLUS they overnighted the product, and I received it yesterday. Apparently, they are aware of the side effects of bad press. You have to go to a higher power, but if you're getting someone to help you, they do finally stand up and take notice.

This also has happened to me. i ordered 3 for Christmas presents and have never received them. I have emailed them 4 times and I get the same email response that they will look in to it. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Listen up everyone ... I got scammed by this company but got my money back today. Here is what you do:

Send them an email and copy it the company called Shopify which is the company that provides the online transactions for them. In your email you state that unless you receive a full refund within say 10 business days you will lodge a formal complaint with paypal against their company. Additionally you will lodge a complaint agains Shopify who knowing this Myhandykey are scamming people are still providing them with the facillity to keep doing that.
You can find their address on their webpage under their refund policy. Shopify email contact should also be easily found on google.

If you don't hear back from them make sure you do exactly what is said above. If you don't look after yourself no-one else will.

I have also been scammed apparently. Ordered mine Feb. 9th, today is April 16th still no order. I have sent several emails with latest being last Tuesday and still have no resolution. I also paid via PayPal so will file a complaint with them and see what they can do.

I have tried several times to e-mail this company handykey @ shopify.com and havent ever received an email back confirming my cancellation. The item hasn't shipped yet and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks before the item would be here and I needed it sooner, but no where on their site does it say it will take longer than 48 hrs. I ordered from them before and a month later i received the item that was suppose to be here in 48 hrs., thought i would give them a second chance, but they don't hold up to what they say and there is no phone number to contact them and they wont answer my e-mails. Iam very upset

And the same here as well. Further, because I was a few days past 120 days, when I put in a claim through PayPal, they had to close my report as it is outside of their parameters. Plus I keep seeing all this chatter on Facebook about how happy everyone is, but every time I remark that my stuff still isn't here, it's ignored. To date they have ignored three email attempts, plus a PayPal notification. Feeling like a prized sucker.

Really disappointed and angry, I too have fallen for this scam, you can get a more basic one on e bay, I saw my advert for handy key on FB, I ordered in mid Feb and several emails later still waiting in mid April.first time I have been caught out

I am also one of the ones scammed by the company My Handy Key. Please all of you take the course of complaining to Paypal and taking this matter further. Just because they are based in the US and we are scattered all over the world it doesn't mean they can get away with conning everyone. Please take the matter further. Iordered four and have never received them either.  I placed my order and the money was taken out of my account on 01/17/16.  Almost one month later I started inquiring about my order and have been told everything from it would be "processed next week" to "be assured your order will be shipped soon" on 02/26/16.  It is now 03/29/16 and it has been approximately 2.5 months since the money was taken out of my account and there is NO sign of them even fulfilling my order, let alone sending it.  Also, I was told the expected delivery time is between 14 to 21 BUSINESS days (20 to 28 normal days.  Maybe I'll get them by Christmas? (Not holding my breath...)
