I ordered from Boundary Supply on 9/8 and they said I'd get it in 3-5 biz days. Got an email on 9/11 saying it's being processed and I'll get tracking when it's out for delivery. It's 9/21 now and still no email about my order. I got 8 E bulbs for $125.48 and I'm bummed I don't know what's up with it.

I bought some Boundary Supply bulbs and charged them up like they said. But when I needed them, they didn't work. Now the company wants me to pay more money because it's been more than 30 days. I told them it was the first time I needed them, but they haven't fixed the problem yet. I haven't heard anything else from them. My advice is don't waste your money on these bulbs. They only work like regular light bulbs when you have electricity. I'm really unhappy with my purchase!

I saw an ad on Facebook for Boundary Supply and decided to order from them. I checked to make sure they were located in the United States, which they are in California. However, I was disappointed to find out that their products are manufactured in China, which wasn't mentioned on their website. I placed my order on April 16, but as of today, June 1, I still haven't received my order. They do have a phone number listed on their site, but it's just a recording saying they only handle customer service through email. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but no one has replied back to me.

I got one of their packs. The checkout page said the pack was backordered and would ship in 6 weeks. Okay. I went ahead and ordered. A couple of days later, since this was a gift, I found the pack from a reseller for the same price that would arrive in time for the gift to be given on a birthday. I tried to cancel my order. They said no. They said Corona virus and a new policy that no backordered items would be canceled or refunded. This was nowhere to be found on the checkout page. It was buried deep elsewhere on the site. I sent screenshots of the cart page and the absence of any "buyer beware" laugh. They still said no refund. They did say there was a pack in stock and would send that. I asked if there was a pack in stock, why backorder mine, and if it was in stock, then that makes the backorder/preorder policy null. They wouldn't budge. Every communication was a different story. "Your bag is shipping tomorrow" "Your bag is backordered." "Your bag is shipping immediately" Never true. Oh, let also state that it takes them up to a week to reply to any communication. Among backpack enthusiasts, this company is notorious. They have a try-before-you-buy. A friend did this, and returned within the window for a refund. They refused shipment and refused to refund. I will make it my sole purpose in life to warn people away from this company. Scam artists of the highest order.

Ordered from Boundary Supply on April 4 and got charged, but still haven't received my product. They keep sending me emails with promises, but it's the worst service I've ever experienced. I just want my refund ASAP. They keep promising, but nothing ever happens.

I orderd lites frum this compny on May 4th. Money was taken out of my account right away. It's now June 9th and I still haven't got my stuff. They don't have a phone number and I've tried to contact them a bunch of times. If you read their reviews, you'll see lots of people have the same problem. Some people haven't got their stuff for over a year! This company is shady and needs to be stopped. Thanks

I bought 2 pants from Boundary Supply's site on 10/11 and they said it would ship by December . I've messaged them 8 times and they keep saying the same thing, that it'll ship in 7-10 days and I'll get a tracking id soon. They never tell me anything on their own. I waited for 6+ months and I think they lied about being able to do it. I want my $210 back now.

I ordered two things from Boundary Supply in August and got a confirmation email. They said they'd deliver in October , but then in October they said there were problems with preorders and everything would come in November . Then in November they said everything would come on December 21. But in December they said it would come in February . But it never came. In March they said it would come in April , but when it did come, it was the wrong thing. I sent it back and they said they'd send the right thing, but then in May they said they couldn't because of COVID-19. Since August , I've had to keep contacting customer service to find out what's going on. They keep saying they'll send it in 12-15 days, but it could take 40 days. I've gotten emails from different people contradicting each other. It's going to be a year soon and I still don't have my order. The customer service is terrible. Someone else ordered the same thing a month ago and already got it, but I ordered it a year ago. The most recent email I got said I could get a refund or they could fulfill my order when they get the product. But it's up to them to send me my order that I've been waiting for a year.
