This company sells key organizers that fits all your keys very compactly. On December 3rd, I ordered 4 of these for Christmas presents. They said in the email to expect it to take 14-21 business days for delivery. Needless to say, Christmas came and went - no product. On January 11th, I sent my first email asking what the status of the order was. The email I received back said they could not find my order in the system and asked if I would forward them the confirmation, which I did. I received an email back saying that they have submitted a refund request to their refund department and I should receive an automated message within 3-5 days. No message. On January 20th, I contacted them again - this time a bit more frustrated. telling them that I wanted my refund immediately. I received another email saying that they had sent a follow up to their refund department and to email this person directly if I did not see the refund within 5 business days. Today, I have contacted them yet again stating that i wanted my refund immediately. I received an immediate reply saying they had sent ANOTHER follow up request to the refund department and that I should see the refund within 5 business days. I cannot find a phone number to call. Shame on me for clicking on an ad that I saw. Guess I've learned my lesson! I told them that I would be posting my dissatisfaction with their company anywhere I could!

Ordered July 1, 2016. No product and then checked them out and found their history. Sent email and got a response saying they would look into my order. Ne response so sent another email and again no response. Have notified my credit card and requested a credit. We'll see.

I ordered my keys in April and had emailed the company on a regular basis, asking for updates. I have received e mail answers similar to the ones published above. Following advice from reading these, I raised a complaint with PayPal who sent a copy of my complaint to the company. Believe or not, I received an email giving me a link to a website, sentfromchina, saying the goods had been shipped, but as all the data was in Chinese, I was very sceptical. Low and behold, the goods arrived this week. I have winced closed the complaint thru PayPal.

Am I one of the lucky ones. Only 3 month wait.

I ordered buy one get one free handykey on the 14th of May 2016 and received automated e-mail saying 'overwhelmed responses and need 3-4 weeks max to receive the goods'. It appeared as professional at first but no action since then. Waited 4 weeks plus another 4 weeks but no products so I wrote to the site 'contact us' but no reply. I sent an e-mail but no reply either. I disputed the payment with my New Zealand Bank which was very professional and understood this unethical business model so the bank came back within 2 days on approval of dispute (15th July 2016). Then yesterday 21st July I received the enclosed e-mail from Handykey saying 'refund can't be approved as the product was shipped' - with tracking site address - you can see it's just sent out on the 17th or 18th of July after I made my dispute on payment' with my bank. So, in summary, this business is so unethical and taking advantage of people places online orders, the company is hoping consumers forget about or give up as the amount is not significant enough to take further actions and also by setting 4 weeks lead time where busy people may forget the order made. Please everyone here, make a dispute on your payment with your bank / credit card company.

I found this advert on my iPad. It actually came up and provided informTion about what these wrist gadgets do. It was buy and get one free, choice of colour . I ordered one black and one navy.

I paid £70 for them and this amount is on my credit card. I have not received anything at all.
There was no warning on the advertisement, I think through Facebook to make me wary.
What should I do now., please.

I have ordered this 'handykey' when I saw it via Facebook and order processing was so easy and got the confirmation stating it will take 3-4 weeks. It set our expectation with long lead time and I fear many consumers forget about it as some tend to order often via online. I did not hear from them at all even waited 2 months so I sent an inquiry to the company via their website 'contact us' but no reply. I called my New Zealand bank to dispute it and the bank at first said it might be difficult as it's over 60 days (2 months). But I explained about the company stating lead time of 4 weeks and I have waited patiently another 4 weeks and then found many complaints online. The bank took this seriously and disputed. That was around 15th of July. Today on the 21st of July, I received the e-mail enclosed saying they can't refund as the product was just shipped! It's so dishonest as they took action to fulfill the order when they got dispute of payment. What a scam! Please make a dispute with your credit card company and don't give up, please.

Ordered two handy keys on 15th april was told three to four weeks delivery still not received them or a refund . Have requested a refund on July 6th of £26.78 for my goods not received . I got told request form had been submitted to refund department on July 10th and should hear in a few days . By 13th July still no reply emailed you again asking whether refund was in process got reply following day I have sent a follow up request to our refund department regarding your refund please email me directly if the refund is not reflectedin 5 days . Will never order from here again and have now refered it to a company that deals with complaints .

I have also ordered from FB ad 2 power packs. 1 Jun 16. It's showed on credit card a Melbourne Australia acc out. Name, but was US dollars. I have sent 3 emails but no reply. Looks like I've been sucked in also. Very disappointing as this is the first time I've ordered online through FB. I'm going to contact my Credit card bank.

I bought Handy key on the 24/4/16. Still not arrived. It is July 16th 2016...still no items that's $37.85 US dollars!

...due to the massive global demand to the HandyKey your order may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. This is the absolute worst case scenario as we typically deliver much sooner!

Definitely a scam company! I guess "Mary" must be there go to girl since that is same one that finally emailed me with the same email about high demand! Fortunately I used PaPal! Hope they get busted soon!

I took have ordered one of these and not received anything. I ordered on March 28th and got a message they were on backorder 4 to 6 weeks. Checked about later and said it should be processed soon. Checked a month later, now May. They told me they were still backlogged and would be sent out soon. Now July and emailed demanding a refund in two different messages and still nothing. I will be contacting PayPal and filing a dispute.

I purchased a product from this company called myhandykey, and I have yet to receive my item. I have sent two emails and to no avail they will have not answer me yet. I guess this company is bogus and I got taken for my money. They need to be reported to the BBB to take them off the map. Please do not order anything from this company they rip people off. I will be contacting paypal to make a complaint as well...

I purchased this item on 18th Aptil 2016 and have sent email after email asking when my item will be delivered to me in the UK. I've had promises it will be despatched within days. Still item not received. This company continues to advertise Myhandykey and promises delivery within 4 weeks at the latest. This is not happening and they should be stopped selling this item until previous orders have been fulfilled.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered my items! I ordered it on May 9th 2016. It's now June 29th and I haven't received my items. I emailed them on June 15th, did not receive a reply then again on June 28th, no reply so I decided to search the web to see if they are a scam and it looks like they are. I'm going to dispute the charges on my credit card. I am also disappointed and very angry that they are scamming people! I wish there was more we could do to stop these greedy evil people!

OMG. It's a scam. Now I understand why emails have been going back and forth. I order in April. It is now almost July and we are still emailing about my product. There's got to be some place we can report this company.

I advise anyone who has ordered this and NOT received it in a reasonable amount of time to lodge a dispute with their credit card company. I did and visa has stated that they will investigate the dispute and if myhandykey is ruled against (which they will be), they will receive a penalty charge as well as having the funds paid to them taken back . Also, if enough people complain and their disputes are successful, visa (and presumably other credit card companies) will refuse them. Get your money back and make the company responsible for scamming you!

Same thing here. No product, no refund after several emails back and forth. I got the form letter just like the one mentioned by another reviewer. I ordered on March 20th, 2016 and it is now almost July. What a horrible way to do business.

I order the handy key since may 31 and it's now june i email them and they tell me this is the worst but i should recieved a email with my tracking number now that i look at everyone respond about there orders i see i were scam now i have to dispute the charges now i know to check for scan when ordering.

Do NOT buy products from MyHandyKey advertised on Facebook. Ordered a product March 13th and the company hasn't delivered yet. Multiple failed promises to deliver went unfulfilled. Company has an F rating with the BBB for charging clients for products and never delivering. Company advertises regularly, but is not equipped to fulfill orders. Lies to consumers and holds your money for 90+ days without my remorse for committing fraud.

I too have fallen victim to this scam. I have just notified Paypal of my case and have escalated the situation. It is now the middle of June and I yet have had any indication when my order will be fulfilled.
I understand that due to over demand that you may be having production issues of the products, however I find it hard to believe that you are only doing one batch every couple of months.
The only logical conclusion I can come up with why I have not received or been given an indication when my order would be fulfilled is that you do not value my business.
Hence, I will require a full refund on the items that I purchased and expect this to be transferred into my account by next week.
Very disappointed with your treatment of my order.

I bought Two HandyKey's - Buy one get One free the 18. April 2016 and have never heard or seen anything from them.
Now when I go to their Website and go to the contact page to fill in the email form, the Website tells me "Oops, sorry. We were unable to submit your inquiry because it contained a few errors. Please correct the following and submit again:
The Email field is invalid." And I have tried ten times now.
This must be a scam. I can see in here that here are MANY others, so what can we do so they can get stopped?

WHAT A SCAM! Pisses me off every time I see their add on Facebook. A friend of mine ordered a couple of these and she actually received them. I ordered two on 19 Mar 2016 and here it is 9 June 2016 and I still have no product and no refund. There is no phone number, no address. I have sent them several messages on FB and have gotten the same "automated" response. If anyone has an address for these JERKS, please send it to me as I would like to pay them a little visit, .

I ordered mine on 4/12/16 and as of today, June 9, 2016, still have not received it. I too received emails from Mary and Ann saying the same thing. Thank God I have a great credit card company who is reversing the charges. I've learned my lesson!

The same has happened to me on April 8, 2016 from the fb ad so disappointed but I was smart enough to use PayPal so I will get my money back! Shame on them and fb for not confirming they are a legit company!

this is a scam, I also ordered a handykey from facebook way back in April, and not received it, paid by credit card, tried emailing them but no reply from them.
They should not be allowed to advertise any products on any social media. I see they don't appear on facebook anymore.
Everone be aware of companies like this.

I ordered mine in March 2016 hey told it would take time because of a high volume of orders I received it yesterday they are smaller then what they appear on Facebook and I can't return them because there not damage what a rip off and it came in a package from Japan not the address they have on the website

This company is total BS, I placed my order on April 12th and the money was taken from my credit card on the 13th. After contacting them 4 times through email I was told overwhelming demand and I should be getting a confirmation by next week. Well 7 weeks of gone by and still no confirmation, now they send me an email saying that my order has been shipped and will take approximately 4 weeks, where in the world does it take 4 weeks to ship out two key holders, well I can tell you i got a tracking number that they gave me takes me to a website that it's being shipped from China, so I guess that's where you get the saying slow boat to China. Do not purchase anything from these guys. This should be reported to the Better Business Bureau so it can be red flagged. Everyone please post this to your Facebook where the ad came up for this product. And report it to Facebook as a scam.
