This company sells key organizers that fits all your keys very compactly. On December 3rd, I ordered 4 of these for Christmas presents. They said in the email to expect it to take 14-21 business days for delivery. Needless to say, Christmas came and went - no product. On January 11th, I sent my first email asking what the status of the order was. The email I received back said they could not find my order in the system and asked if I would forward them the confirmation, which I did. I received an email back saying that they have submitted a refund request to their refund department and I should receive an automated message within 3-5 days. No message. On January 20th, I contacted them again - this time a bit more frustrated. telling them that I wanted my refund immediately. I received another email saying that they had sent a follow up to their refund department and to email this person directly if I did not see the refund within 5 business days. Today, I have contacted them yet again stating that i wanted my refund immediately. I received an immediate reply saying they had sent ANOTHER follow up request to the refund department and that I should see the refund within 5 business days. I cannot find a phone number to call. Shame on me for clicking on an ad that I saw. Guess I've learned my lesson! I told them that I would be posting my dissatisfaction with their company anywhere I could!

I have had the same problem. I ordered on 12/22/15 and never received the product. I sent them an email and they said they my order was in production. Here it is now 3 months later and still no product. I sent am ending today to request a refund but I am a bit concerned after seeing all of these responses.

How can someone get their advertisements removed since this is a scam?

I ordered two of these in mid December, its now almost April and I have no product. I have emailed the support@myhandkey.com with no reply. Dont be a sucker to this bad overseas business. I have to now go through the hoops of disputing the charges through my credit card company.

I also ha the same thing happen to me but I was lucky and had pay pal and they got me a refund but this company is a scam

Same thing happened to me. I placed my order on 12/12/15
I saw the ad on Facebook.
They been telling me the same thing... And now more than 3 months later, still nothing. After so many emails and lies from Mary, still nothing.
She told me that they did tried to refund me but didn't went through and then ask me if I had PayPal.
I tried with my bank but I did it passed the 60 days so actually my bank won't do it! Anyway I think I won't see my 24, 90$ or the handy key!
I am so
Mad at my self for falling for that!
Anyway just wish we can find a way to fight them and get our money back!

Thank goodness I used PayPal - so I've submitted a dispute for a refund. I ordered 17th February, had an email from Mary saying 'due to demand' and promising next week and it's 24th March and still no key holder.

Shame as it is a great idea :(

I ordered in Early January 2016. It is now March 18th. No key, no response. Can't find a phone number. This BS REALLY TICKS ME OFF!

I ordered 2 of these key chains on Dec. 11, 2015 and they took out the $49.80 from my bank account on Dec 15, 2015. I started emailing them on Jan. 24, 2016 and I too, received the same exact emails that have been stated on this site. I threatened to report them to the BBB and they sent me an email today (3-15-16) that said they had refunded the total amount to my bank account. I checked my account and they actually took out another $49.80 instead of refunding it. I've contacted my bank and filed a dispute claim. I have no number to call them and they better be glad I can't meet up with them face to face. I hate being lied to and "stolen" from!1

Same thing happened to me! i ordered back in November. still no word on when i get my refund or even my order.
I think something needs to be done about this company or thieves!

I ordered a handy key on Jan 20. Thank God I used a credit card. It us now feb 26, no handykey. I called my credit card co and filed a dispute. I will receive a credit on my credit card. Apparently handy key.com is based out of Australia. My suggestion is to file a dispute with your credit card company against them and/or ask for the number to refund department as you need to speak directly to them. Good luck!

Same here! No product, no refund.

I ordered the product December 15th, 2015. I emailed them and this was the response...

I ordered mine on 12/22/2015. Its Feb 22 now and I still have not received my items. I can not find a number and get an automated text on my complaint. I was very patient during the holidays but this is B.S.

I have had EXACTLY the same thing happen to me. I ordered on 12-12-15 and had to contact them on 1-21-16. They said that they hadn't sent out my order yet because they were behind on production and that my order would be sent out in 5-7 business days. I said that I just wanted a refund. Same thing as you, sending it to their "Refund Department". I have sent 5-6 emails with the same response. Just sent them another email today. I don't expect anything but I want to warn others that this is a scam. Also, I want to try and contact Facebook and let them know to pull the ad.
