MyHandyKey Ordered two handycams and two mobile chargers

Ordered two handy cams one of which is faulty their exchange policy is 30 days
But from day one if you complain they don't respond so 30 days are expired
I also paid for two iPhone power banks
Have been waiting two months
They claim they have not got any
Yet still advertise them
Asked for refund
Still waiting
I complained on their Facebook page and got blocked
They are frauds

On July 15 2016 I ordered 2 of the My Handy Fit bands and they never arrived. I emailed them asking when it was going to be shipped and they replied with "the Handyfit is in high demand" Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with an email that includes your tracking number and details on how to track your order. I never received this but got an email saying that they are unable to fulfill my order and paypal have locked them out of their account so they can't refund etc. I have lodged a complaint with my bank and hopefully I get a refund...if not it's going to be an expensive lesson learnt.

Same issue for me.. Their reply stated that Pay Pal had cancelled their account and they are unable to process supply or refunds. Pay Pal have not confirmed yet and still waiting their response. Good luck ... SITE IS NOT ON MY BLACK LIST.

Same thing for me. Asked for refund after told back logged, then waited and asked for refund. Told it was packed now and ready to ship. I said too late and demanded refund. Said the refund was being processed. We will see if I get it.

MyHandyKey Dashcam buy one get 2nd free

I ordered mine on July 19th, 2016. It is now Sept. 6th and I haven't seen or heard anything from them except the drawing my money out of my charge account. Not even a confirmation email. I would love a refund. Confirmation 2506. This company is no good.

Ordered and paid for on July 15, 2016. Nothing yet. I emailed them in August, & they replied back on August 29th, 2016, and said we apologize for the inconvenience. The Handy Dasha is in high demand at the moment & as a result there has been some delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with an email that includes your tracking number and details on how to track your order. My order #114371. Now I tried to email them and I get the complaint/mhhandkey-dashcam-buy-one-get-2nd-free. So what's being done about this?

MyHandyKey Myhandykey charger

I ordered a charger back in May for my I phone it was a BOGO, they said they were on back order. I still haven't rec'd it. I asked for a refund, and they are working on it for over a month. I paid for it thru paypal. It takes they about 2 weeks to respond, and the response it we are looking into it. Bull! My order # is 66417.
I asked them to please issue a refund so I didn't have to go on media and post things like this, but this is crazy. I have not been left any choice.

Posting response to my email from Josephine yesterday to my complaint with "My Handy 360". See date of her email to me 9/27/16. Note my order is packaged & ready for shipping. Now a "Distribution Team" issues tracking emails which means more time will go by & extend their delays for other reasons! I will post more when I actually get that tracking email! Read below!

I too have been getting the run around from Clive, Joyce & Margaux with the My Handy 360 company! I ordered the buy one get one free Handy Power Charger on JULY 7th. Being an Amazon Prime member and used to receiving orders in 2 days, I started getting frustrated after not hearing anything about My Handy Power Pack order in a couple of weeks. I then wrote my first request for information on when I would be receiving my tracking information email? Well as you can see, it is now September 26th and I still haven't received my order. This is crazy and like you I am disappointed that I fell victim to ordering something that I saw (I think it was on FB) to an online company. They even still have them shown for sale on their cover page of their website! My patience is used up and now I am reading on here about refund issues which I haven't even begun yet. However saying that, I will go directly to PayPal and let them handle the issue. They should be made aware of how this company is operating and pull their PayPal accounts with this company... PS: Don't buy anything from "MY HANDY 360"!

MyHandyKey Car camera

I placed order on 7/26/16 never received item. I emailed them 3 times finally 3rd time I told them was going to report fraud. They wrote back Lorraine Pineda at [protected]@myhandkey.zendesk.com. she stated she was sorry but they were back logged? I asked for approx ship date. Never received one. Finally after 33 days I reported it to my bank for refund and fraud. Sad as I really liked the camera for cars. I ordered this online off an add on facebook.

Well, I finally got the videos off of the card, via a card adapter and plugged into a slot in my computer. WOW THESE THINGS ARE JUNK! I have seen them advertised on Amazon for a lot more than I paid, the video quality is absolutely horrible, definitely is not this supposed 1080P HD they are claiming, it is definitely NOT a wide angle lens that they are claiming as well... STAY AWAY FROM THESE... we just tried to get on their site for a refund, guess what, it's closed down... go figure. so here we go, this a screen shot, off of the computer, of a day and night time image from these "high definition" cameras.

I'm also having trouble getting the camera to link up with the computer via the little short cable they give you with it, it's obviously not a simple plug and play like everything else in the world of computers now. The scanning barcode thing on the paper they package in the box, or even the manually types in website they send you to is not an actual site any longer. Glad I didn't pay much, I'll definitely be watching the card account used for this transaction. I wasn't really expecting super high quality with something this cheaply priced, but damn, when you go to clamp the suction cup lever on the windshield, and it breaks off before you can even get it mounted, thats crazy dumb. Very poorly designed and made... I have it mounted now with double stick tape.

Same with me. I just got an email from them also...at the bottom, one of the links says screwpaypal.com. Maybe they are trying to backlog Paypal? Paypal actually refunded my money as a courtesy. They must be making bank off of Paypal if Paypal is refunding my money. Hmm

Same problems as described. Nor sure of what happened between supplier of dash cams and PayPal, but my impression now is of some sort of dispute whereby PayPal withheld monies owed to supplier. Ordered on 3rd August whilst in Canada, fully expecting to receive them prior to my return to U.K. Masses of emails back and forth, but to cut to the chase, I am glad to say, after initiating claim through PayPal, $69.95 has been credited to my account.

It seems we were all scammed by this company. I had the same experience, placed order from Facebook in August, was told 15 - 20 days shipping, as of October still no product and no explanation, sent them an E-mail gave them til the 10th of October to send my product. After October I received 3 emails stating that they could not fill my order because paypal froze their accounts, and now I have to contact paypal to get my money returned to me. Still working on that part of the problem. I bought my cameras right off their website I did not use Paypal, so I don't know how they got my money in the first place. I have contacted the Texas Attorney General's office so they can investigate these people.

If you didn't use PayPal then you will need to dispute the charge with your credit card company. They will reverse it for you.

It seems we were all scammed by this company. MyHandyKey Cell phone charger

On a 2 for 1 offer I bought 2 cell phone chargers for $49.85. They never sent a confirmation email and never shipped the product. But they did get my money which is all they were interested in.

Stay away from this Company, it 's not worth the risk trying to get your money back.

Same happened to me but 2 for 1 car cameras. 69.85 they took me. I reported them as fraud to my bank. No email confirmation. They took my money 7/26/16 to date never received item.

MyHandyKey Portable usb charger for iphone, two for one offer item not received

On 7/6/16 my credit card was charged for a purchase at MyHandyKey for two portable USB chargers to be used with iphones. It was a two for one price offer. It is now 8/28/16 and I have heard nothing and have not received the items. I went to their website and requested a refund or the shipping of the order to me. I requested that they reply to me. I also said I would put through a fraud claim to my bank if I didn't hear from them. Now I will give them a week for a reply.

Ditto here...7/13/2016 I got charged for the same battery back up and as I emailed Handy Key they told me it just shipped. When I returned the email and said I hadn't gotten it yet and wanted to return the item they sent a rude email to me that they sold these fabulous products all over the world and never had anyone be so ungrateful after purchasing this battery backup. As I called Handy Key, their customer service they said that Facebook had a scam site and to talk to Facebook.

This same situation has happened to me also. I ordered the chargers, two for the price of one and paid $49.85. The $49.95 was deducted from my account on Aug. 18th. It is now Sep. 19th, 2016 and I have not received the product or any update on the product. I emailed them on Sep. 18 and have not received any reply or feedback. If no update with in the next week, I will also make a claim to my bank to file charges of fraud against them. Bill Allred

MyHandyKey Dash cameras buy 1 get 1 free

I ordered the dash cameras a month ago. Once my money was taken out of my account, I received a message saying that my orders was received and was being prepared for shipping. A week later I was unable to track my package. I contacted the company by way of email since there is no telephone number available to inquire as to how I could track my cameras. As of today I still have not received any info on how to track my cameras. I have contacted the company several more times to inquire the location of my cameras. No merchandise as of yet.
I would like a refund of my money. I am frustrated and aggrivated. Unable to contact anyone e at this bogus company. I realize that the camera thing was nothing but a scam.
I just want my money back.

I ordered and received the cameras but no operating instructions and the link for the manual isn't valid so now I cant even figure out how to use it. Also, it came with no sd cards so I couldn't record footage if I figured it out. THEY ARE A CHEAP KNOCKOFF OF ADVERTIZED UNITS.

I went through all the above, including the e-mails about pay pal holding the money. In short, I was screwed by another scammer! People wonder why I have no faith in anyone anymore! Now I have received one for Christmas, and there are no instructions how to use it, just a web address that will not come up!

I also ordered the 2 dash cameras on September 20, 2016. I received an e-mail saying that my order was being processed and would be shipped in a few days. On October 7, 2016, I sent an e-mail to the company saying that my order had not been delivered. I received the following e-mail: Thank you for contacting us regarding your refund.

As was stated in a previous email, the money you paid for your order is being sequestered by PayPal and as much as we would like to refund you directly, we cannot.

However, this does not mean that you cannot receive the FULL REFUND that you are owed. Follow the following instructions in order to get your money back ASAP.

1. If you paid for your order via PayPal, log into your PayPal account and effect a dispute on your payment to MyHandy360

2. If you paid for your order via Credit Card, please contact your bank or credit card issuer as soon as you are able.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused by PayPal.

I have previously replied to your e-mail of October 20, 2016, but I feel that I must contact you again. I want to state clearly that I did not cancel my order or request a refund. In addition, I did not use PayPal for my payment. I also received an order confirmation from you on September 20, 2016, stating that my order had been accepted and that it was being made ready to ship. Attempts to return to the order page for tracking purposes have failed as the website for MyHandy360 is not in operation, which seems suspicious to this writer. The order has been charged, including shipping charges and relevant taxes, to my credit card account. Please try to work this out positively.

I just received 2 e-mails from them. They say Pay-Pal is withholding their money and they will not ship anything to anybody so one must file a complaint with Pay- Pal or the bank and demand a refund.

I also ordered via seeing this ad on facebook. After not receiving my products I emailed them and I got a respose. They gave me an excuse and so I asked for a refund. I got another response/runaround. I again asked for a refund. I got another response. Once again it was more runaround. I asked a third time for a refund. This is their last response below. I called my bank and I got my money back. If someone lives in CA near the address of this place, go blow it up!

I ordered the "deal" of two dash camera's for the price of one from MyHandy360. Approximately one month later and no delivery-- I contacted the company and got the following email---------------paypal has shut them down ! I will have to wait to see if Paypal comes through with their buyer protection policy !

I am so angry with this company - who ever they are! I order the Handy Cameras 2 for 1 price and i was charged DOUBLE ON MY ACCOUNT! I want my money refunded immediately! I ordered this on 8/31/16, over $69.00 was deducted from my account and I have not received the cameras! I will be registering my complaint with BBB and with the company...

MyHandyKey iPhone charger

I purchased an iPhone charger (portable) on 26/6/2016. It was a two for one offer and cost me $69.85 AUS. I have not received the product or response to email. No phone contact details can be found. Don't even know what country they are in! Reference on my credit card account is [protected] AU AUS and I paid via PayPal.

I called and told they charged the amount to my credit card but had no merchandise. I asked for a refund and they refused. I got angry and told them to send me a refund since they had no merchandise the the Non English speaking person began to repeat foul language for a full three minutes at me and included my entire family. He stated they were a multinational company and had banks of lawyers so I should close my mouth and hand up because there is nothing I could do. They had my money and they were going to be able to keep it. What a scam

MyHandyKey Paid but never received items or refund

Ordered two key organizers months ago due to be received in 7-10 business days. A month later I inquired about the order and was told they had none due to high demand and that I would receive them in another week as they had them being manufactured at that time. Weeks later I was asked if I would take a different style versus a refund that I requested. We are now months into this nightmare, I was told today that they will Put in my refund request but it needs to be approved. Mind you, I received the exact same email a couple of weeks ago from Margaux as well. They are thieves and mislead you in every way. Can't report them to BBB as they don't exist in their records. Will be contacting an attorney as someone needs to put a stop to their unethical and illegal practices.

Hey after 3 emails complaining where is my Handykey which I ordered. I Finally received a email stating it had been dispatched. So after 4 months ( original advertised 3 weeks) it finally arrived from all the way from China...
Thought I had lost my money, but... better late then never..!

MyHandyKey Advertising via facebook and shopify - no refund no products

This 'Handykey' ads came through facebook and it was easy to purchase. However after waiting for 2 months (Facebook ads came on 18th May 2016 and I purchased on the day), no products sent so far. The company sent order confirmation using 'Shopify' apps and it appears to be professional at first but since then, no news, no products! So many similar complaints are posted I discovered now, after waiting patiently for 2 months. This company should be prohibited to use Facebook Ads or Shopify apps as it is a scam. Please, could anyone escalate this to Facebook and Shopify? This type of business should not be allowed otherwise the social media's trust level will be impacted and other genuine businesses would be affected negatively. Thanks.

I ordered car camera's back in August, just keep getting fobbed off and now they are telling me it's Paypal's fault cos they won't release funds to pay them...yeah right! The money was taken out of my account $93 AUS ...I'm sick of getting the runaround and dodgy emails...DO NOT TOUCH THIS MOB ...cheers!

I ordered the dash cams, no products money taken from my account on july14. 20016.down 82 dollars not happy.why are they still allowed to operate, facebook has to answer to this.

I ordered iphone chargers from this company via Facebook ad on July 10 and as of August 19 have not received the product. I paid 49.95 and feel I have been cheated out of my money. Why does Facebook allow such a company to place phone ads?

So OK the complaint board for complaints is all well and good .but the same for me i ordered this hand key this past may 21st. still no product or any refund is there going to be any kind of refund or product . something done more than a collection of all of our complaints that would be something i'd be interested in .

I did a purchase with MyHandyKey360.com for the Dash Cameras, were you buy one get a free one, I made this purchase July 20th with PayPal Credit, to this day I have only heard one this from that company saying that cameras were on back order but they would be shipping me out my cameras the following week with tracking info that was almost 3 weeks ago still ni word, no response to any emails I have sent,
Has anyone else had this issue? I have filed a complaint with PayPal for their help and sent them the link I have found in regards to complaints and scams for this company. Please anyone that sees their ads in Facebook or somewhere else flag them as a scam company or what ever you can do, these kind of companies or People have to be stopped!

i also purchased the handkey charger for my wireless phone and i finally after ordering 5/21 received this ity bity package from china 8/8/16 that was what i thought supposed to charge my phones on the go . what i got was a 2 usb like cord about 2 inches long with one end that fits into the phone like a charger the other end of the cord is a flat like end with 3 electric looking strips what am i supposed to do with this worthless stuff at least my order was only 24 dollars and some change has anyone else experienced this i pd. via paypal i think maybe they can help me get my money back. rant over

I have had the same issue. I ordered at the beginning of July, money came off my credit card promptly but to goods have arrived. I have emailed today asking for a status but after reading these I do not hold much hope. As I am in NZ by the time of money conversion we are $100.00 out of pocket. So frustrated.

MyHandyKey Paid for phone charger/key item they claim to sell.

Ordered 2 keys on 6/11/16. I was told I would receive and email when the item shipped and I would HAVE the item in:
"Please allow 15-20 Business Days For Delivery"
I didn't get an email OR the product in the 20 business day period. I then sent NUMEROUS emails to no avail. Not even an answer. Because I paid thru Paypal, I filed a complaint thru their Resolutions Dept. but it appears that can drag out for months. I may just file a dispute with my credit card. This is a total scam and I am disappointed I didn't go with my gut and NOT order a thing from them. I am now out $24.90 but I wont let them take another dime. I sure hope someone closes them down as this is total BS. I did get a reply after I filed with Paypal saying their product is in such high demand and it will be sent out next week. Well I believe that like I believe I am going to be the next Queen of England. Great idea- horrible company. Total scam.

25 th June I ordered 2 gold coloured chargers and they said 6 weeks, then 'soon' ... Then a couple of weeks ago I contacted PayPal and they said they will put in a claim they then said it has been escalated and now I have been told I will get my money back in the next 7 days... So I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I wanted months for the HandyCharger, emailed twice, with the same reply. They have had such a large response, it will be sent when they can catch up. Well, it finally arrived, from CHINA. No information came with it. I charged it first on my laptop, nothing. Then I tried other charging devices I have, still nothing. I just got done emailing them again, requesting a refund. I'm sure I will not hear from them. DO NOT ORDER, what a scam.

I am in total agreement. What a disgraceful group of people running this scam. I ordered phone charger on May 28 2016. A month later I emailed them. No reply even though they indicated a 24 hour turnaround reply. Sent another and got the same BS that they had had a overwhelming demand and would send within 14 days with an email telling product is on the way. As of August 24th, still nothing. I am going to put a message on Facebook about my dealings.

I have also ordered My Handy Key Portable charger and they took the money out of my Credit card, I have not seen the Product. Cant get a hold of them either. I am so disappointed! that face book would let them advertise! Total Scam! Be Where!

Ordered this Handy Key off of Facebook on May 25th. After several emails, I finally got the item on August 8th FROM CHINA. All I got was a short USB cable, not a CHARGER AS ADVERTISED. THIS IS A SCAM AND A TOTAL RIP-OFF

This company is a total and complete scam. I ordered a key chain /cell phone charger on 6/8/16. They said it would arrive in 15-18 days. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for it. I paid through PayPal, I'll contact them and see if they can help. Lesson learned. Go with your gut! Buy from Amazon!

MyHandyKey Key organizer

I ordered 2 of these on January 21, 2016 I have requested status of my order 3 times and demanded a refund 2 times. Needless to say I do not have the product nor have I received a refund. It was a scam and I will make certain others know not to order it.

Hi there, I am also one of the fooled fellas who fell into the scam trap. Ordered on July 29th 2 cameras for the price of 1 for 59, 95 AUD. Not to mention the my final bill was 93, 25 $ (transport, bank fees...blah blah blah). I asked for a refund and got 3 days ago I got the refund refference and documentation. Checked daily my bank ballance. Nada, zip, null. I keep u posted when I get/see any news. watch out! And stay away, or...just donate to a hospital the money if you don.t need it

I too ordered this item, I've written twice with an immediate response that my request will be reviewed., but of course no reply from them. I paid by PayPal, now I'm going to try to get a refund! I've waited 18 days, no need to wait any longer. RIPOFFS!

I, too, have been ripped off by this company. I have waited 6 months for my order, continuing to contact them every month or so, and have had no response from them, and no product received. I would recommend that no one order from this company if they expect to receive the products they order. This company is a big scam!

MyHandyKey No product and no refund

This company sells key organizers that fits all your keys very compactly. On December 3rd, I ordered 4 of these for Christmas presents. They said in the email to expect it to take 14-21 business days for delivery. Needless to say, Christmas came and went - no product. On January 11th, I sent my first email asking what the status of the order was. The email I received back said they could not find my order in the system and asked if I would forward them the confirmation, which I did. I received an email back saying that they have submitted a refund request to their refund department and I should receive an automated message within 3-5 days. No message. On January 20th, I contacted them again - this time a bit more frustrated. telling them that I wanted my refund immediately. I received another email saying that they had sent a follow up to their refund department and to email this person directly if I did not see the refund within 5 business days. Today, I have contacted them yet again stating that i wanted my refund immediately. I received an immediate reply saying they had sent ANOTHER follow up request to the refund department and that I should see the refund within 5 business days. I cannot find a phone number to call. Shame on me for clicking on an ad that I saw. Guess I've learned my lesson! I told them that I would be posting my dissatisfaction with their company anywhere I could!

I ordered the power packs via an add on facebook.
Had all the great email replies saying how they were backlogged due to the overwhelming response and that i would get my power packs soon.
That was in June 2016 and I am still waiting in April 2017. They stopped replying to my emails after 3 months of nagging them.
I feel like such a fool. Didn't worry me too much when I thought it was only $39.95 but that was US when converted to Aussie dollar it cost me over $70 OMFG

I orderd ny handy key in the 22 may 2016 and have never received it! I too have sent emails and have been fobbed off with the same responses! Never order anything off Facebook! I think Facebook should screen their advertisers better and not allow their members to be ripped off!
