My furniture was delivered and there were missing pieces to a child’s bed. Instead of removing the bed they left the half assembled bed assuring me that they would return soon with the missing pieces. I received a phone call to inform me that the soonest they would be able to complete assembly of the bed was ten days later. How is it possible that you leave a half assembled bed in a child’s room? They left the pieces leaning up against a window and a wall. Also, they left the mattress leaning up against a railing in my hallway. The man who rescheduled my appointment told me that there was no one else to speak with to take my complaint - obviously he’s lying - like a company with 40 stores doesn’t have someone above him I could speak with. Not only is this the worst customer ever but to lie to me only has made this whole experience worse.
Recommendation: Do not buy from them!
