Anthony's Furniture

They delivered damaged furniture with a promise to send someone to fix it. I wanted new furniture, not junk. We spent over $5000, and the kitchen table and one chair were damaged. The coffee table also had flaws. I made numerous phone calls, but no one offered any help. To make matters worse, there was fine print on the back of the receipt stating that there were no returns or exchanges. So basically, you're stuck with whatever they deliver to you, and that's the end of it.

On April 25, I ordered a dresser from Anthony's Furniture, LLC for $737.07. They said it would arrive in August, but I didn't hear anything from them. So, I called them in early September and they said it was running late, but I would still get it. Then, on October 27th, they told me they couldn't receive my order and promised a full refund. It's been almost 2 months now, and I still haven't received my money back. I can understand if it takes a couple of weeks, but it's pretty obvious they don't plan on giving it to me.

Hey, there was a mistake in the amount mentioned in my ComplaintsBoard.com complaint. I've attached a receipt showing that I actually paid $927.07. I used my debit card for $737.07 and paid $190.00 in cash. Here's the invoice attached.

We bought furniture from Anthony's Furniture, LLC and it came with a 5-year warranty. However, we encountered various issues with the couch. The back kept popping and there were missing staples. We contacted the company and they sent someone to fix the chair and love seat cushions, but the same problems persisted. The springs were also weak, and the repairman advised us to contact the furniture company. They eventually came and installed new springs, but the arms of the chair still feel uncomfortable with boards inside. Anthony's Furniture has been giving us the runaround, even though there is still one year left on the warranty. Buyers should be cautious as they may not honor the contract. It might be necessary to seek legal assistance to resolve this matter.
