MTA review: The BXM8 Exp bus operator sched to depart at 11:10 pm Tues and Weds - 24th st Mad Ave to Pelham Bay Bronx bus operator

I would like to file a complaint and make you aware that the BXM8 bus operator who is on the schedule every Tuesdays and Wednesdays evening and operates the express bus departing at 11:10 p.m. From 24th st and Madison ave to Pelham Bay has NOT shown up to drive us passengers home to Pelham Bay on at least 12 occasions the past few months. He has left us stranded in manhattan.

I board the bus at madison Ave 60th St at 11:23 p.m. every weekday and never experience this unprofessional behavior with any of the other bus operators on Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays. I and other passengers arrive at the bus stop 15 - 20 mins early to ensure we don't arrive late.

I have a physical disability and walk with a cane and cannot take the subways to Pelham Bay.

We encourage you to remove this unprofessional bus operator from the BXM8 Pelham Bay route immediately.

Several us passengers are going to obtain signatures from all the Pelham Bay passengers and will be filing a formal written complaint with the MTA Chairman.
