MTA review: Buses and subways

I want to complain about the NYC Buses and Subways. I hate dealing with the latest constructions on the subways. They used to do these constructions during the nights and weekends, but now they are doing them on the weekdays too. Because of these constructions I have a lot of trouble going to where I need to go. They start doing them at 9:45 am and they finish at 3 pm. This subway system is very old and that's why they are constantly fixing something. Instead of fixing these problems all the time they should rebuild this subway system and it will cost them a lot less money then doing these constructions which I am very sick and tired of. I have to pay $2.90 now for their lousy service and they don't care about that at all. The buses don't have any constructions and they still don't come on time. I have to wait for buses almost 1 hour a lot of times and it is very hard to do that especially when it is too cold and rainy. This is not fair at all because there is no justice in this world and there never will be!
