Fee is already included in the payment ! M&T has created an fee with another fee. Then they take the payment and put the fees amount into the interest and not the principal! M&T knows this process is wrong, forcing me call every time they make the same mistake. This mistake is intentionally baked into their way of business. Because of these mistakes, they create a payment that is up to $2100 a month more than it should be. Now they have created derogatory information into our credit reports! We are unable to see employment, or loans. We have had our available credit lowered with almost all of creditors. They are destroying our way of living and our marriage is under a lot of tenion

Desired outcome: We need M&T band to recind the derogatory remarks in our credit report immediately. We also want a letter of apology for all of the chaos created by M&T Bank.
