Carlos the branch manager is rude, complacent, has poor customer service skills, and poor English speaking skills. As a Latin man and Spanish & English speaking customer, I can't understand why you would be a branch manager, but cannot speak English properly.
He has a drive up ATM at this location always out of order, especially after hours, weekends, holidays, and bad weather. However, all other locations in other towns from the same bank, don't have that issue ever.
I have never experienced any disruption, or poor customer service by a branch manager with poor communications skills at other locations, only the Flower Hill location. The only positive review I can give is their tellers are professional as is Saul, a manager who works hard and has great communication skills as their tellers. Carlos is time to better your language and customer service skills, or retire, or find other types of employment. We don't need the bottom of the barrel, we customers need the cream of the crop.
Recommendation: Bank with M&T they are a great bank, just try to avoid this location unless you want to be treated as an employee, and can understand Carlos language skills.
