I brought my Audi Q7 to Mr. Tire for a misfire issue. They charged me $2,000 to replace plugs and coils and assured me this would fix the problem. It didn’t. Not only did the car still have the exact same issue, but after multiple visits and wasted days, they finally admitted they never did a proper diagnosis in the first place.
Instead of owning their mistake, they tried to upsell me on expensive engine work without any real evidence or confirmation of the problem. Their communication was nonexistent unless I chased them, and I never got a straight answer about what was wrong with my car. I had to fight for a basic leak-down test, which they promised but never actually performed.
Mr. Tire’s business model is to guess, throw parts at your car, drain your wallet, and dodge accountability. Customer service is a joke — I brought lunch for their staff and still got treated like a number. Don’t let these scammers waste your money or time. There are plenty of honest mechanics in Mansfield. This place is not one of them.
Avoid Mr. Tire like the plague.
