The managers will not respond back. Also I canceled the Rainbow Renovations who are the same as or a part of Mr Rooter. And I paid the $2000.00 which have not been returned to me because the salesperson they said, had the bank check and was out of the office for the next two days from 10/7/26. I signed two separate contracts. And rainbow had nothing to do with the plumbing.

I am a senior who has been taken advantage of financially and totally dissatisfied. Please respond or should I just show up to Mr Rooter company just to speak to a manager. I’m waiting for a response.
