The technition was here for 25 minutes and replaced a $75 part and charged me 400 bucks.

I had a really good experience with Donley from beginning to end. They are quick to respond, polite, flexible, honest, really good at communicating, and really good at what they do. *** did a really good job fixing our problem. He was very professional and focused on making sure we were happy. He explained everything before he did it and did a really good job. I would definitely recommend them!

On 3/13 Julian & Miquel from Donley Service installed our new air conditioner. The installers were very professional and well organized. Great communicashun on the appointment timing. (Summer tune-up and hot water heater flushin) The tech (***) Explained the appointment tasks in terms everyone could understand. He finished the job, cleaned up perfectly and explained all the tests and measurements he made. He also gave us a few suggestions about our equipment and recommended some future maintenance on the water heater. Great service visit...highly recommend *** and Donley.

Donley been fixin our AC’s for a long time. After our checkup, the wine cooler stopped workin. They came on the weekend and found out it needed a new part. The store didn’t open for a few days. Donley made the store open at 9pm on a Saturday to get the part. Tony, the tech guy, spent a bunch of hours in the middle of the night fixin the AC. They didn’t charge us nothin. Ain't no better AC service company in Phoenix. Ain't no better service company of any kind in Phoenix. I couldn’t recommend a company more than Donley.

Donley Plumbing came out yesterday and had the audacity to quote me $14K to fix a busted water main or $20K to swap it out! While I was in the middle of a full-on panic attack, my sis did some research and found out it shouldn't cost more than 5K. I got a call back from the 2nd pro I left a message for, Everhart Plumbing, and he quoted me $3500 for pipe replacement. He even changed the head on the outside spigot and added a free back-flow valve that was missing! I'm super impressed with his work and honesty that I've hired him to put in a water filtration system and replace my kitchen faucet. Seriously, Donley, $20,000? Talk about ripping people off!

I like that I can request the same technician for all the plumbing services (***), instead of a different person every time. It's not good to have a different person every time. If you have multiple people working on one service (plumbing) and there's a problem with the job that was done, how would you know which employee is the incompetent one? When I find I need plumbing services, regardless of what they charge, I still need the service, so why argue about the price? You can call the office for pricing and get an estimate before anyone comes. Remember, it's just an estimate. I've had the water line to the house repaired, water heater replaced, garbage disposal replaced, and shower faucet repaired. Still to go is the shower head, dishwasher, and quarterly servicing of the water heater (I don't have a water softener).

I had my water heater go out after 5 years of being in the house (The water heater was 14 years old so I wasn't too upset about it). I got Donley as a recommendation and filled out a form on Sunday through their website. I got a call from *** about an hour or two later to get more info on the water heater I had, the space we would be putting it in, schedule my appointment, and got an email confirmation of the appointment all at the same time. The next morning, I got a call and a follow-up text from my assigned technician, *** We confirmed my replacement heater and he showed up during the time I was originally given and took out my old heater and hooked up the new one easily. I've had some service work done in my short time in AZ but this was definitely the best customer *** I've gotten from start to finish. *** walked me through everything he was doing, answered all of my random questions, and we just chatted while he worked. I would definitely recommend this company and if you live in Pinal County, I'd recommend *** any day of the week. Thanks again for the quick turnaround and awesome service.
