Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing Emily and Milestone knocked my project out of the park

Emily and Milestone knocked my project out of the park. I couldn't be happier with the service and skills. They were super helpful and did a great job fixing my electrical issues. The technician arrived on time and was really friendly. He explained everything in a way that I could understand, which was a huge relief. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and they even gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems. Overall, I highly recommend Milestone for any electrical, A/C, or plumbing needs. They're the real deal!

The technician did a good job, knows what they can do and can't. However, I missed the $99 dispatch fee part and the quotes they give are on the higher end.

Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing Had a scheduled visit from two Milestone electric techs yesterday

Had a scheduled visit from two Milestone electric techs yesterday. They were really good and knew their stuff. They went around the house and pointed out some things that could be problems since the house is pretty old, like 20 years old. They also gave some ideas for making things safer and making the electrical stuff look better. They did a great job!

I got this membership thing with Milestone, and it's supposed to come with a free AC tuneup in the summer. So, I gave them a call like they told me to, but guess what? They said they ain't got no openings until September. But get this, if I cough up some cash for their regular service, they'll send someone over to tune up my AC. I ain't happy about this, so I wanna cancel my service and get my money back.

Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing I spent $60,000.00 on an air conditioning system and electrical upgrades

I spent $60,000.00 on an air conditioning system and electrical upgrades. My new AC unit still doesn't work properly, and I can't use certain appliances simultaneously. The company keeps saying they'll fix it, but they keep admitting they don't know what's wrong. They keep coming over, claiming it's fixed, but then it stops working again. ALL THIS STUFF IS BRAND NEW.

Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing I spent ovr $10,000 on electrical work with them in the last 2 weeks

I spent ovr $10,000 on electrical work with them in the last 2 weeks. They also charged me for the yearly membership fee. But when they changed the batteries 2 weeks ago as part of the annual maintenance program, the smoke detector alarms started beeping all over the house. Instead of fixing it under the warranty (which they said was 5 years), they wanted to charge $79 for the visit. They won't take responsibility for their work.

Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing I got this unit in my house that's way too big for what we got

I got this unit in my house that's way too big for what we got. We got one of them spray foam envelope houses. They put in this unit like three or four years back, and now it's making this awful noise in the backyard. The tech guys always mentioned it on their invoices when they came to check it out. The last invoice said the screw holes for the motor got messed up. But ain't nobody bothered to reach out and fix the problem.

This company keeps chargin me for services I did not sign up for. I paid for a onetime service for my sister. Her service account is closed for more than a year. Yet, a couple of months ago they started chargin me 19.99 a month and they hav not figured out why nor hav they reimbursed my the total funds. The Customer service manager that was handlin it stopped emailin me back. I left them a Goggle review and they originally reached out to clear it up.

Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing I called Milestone Electric [protected] to have someone come to my address to fix my air conditioner

I called Milestone Electric [protected] to have someone come to my address to fix my air conditioner. They said a technician would come between 2pm-5pm, but no technician showed up. I called Milestone Electric 4 more times and they kept saying there were a lot of delays. The last time I called, they told me the technician assigned to my address was having issues at another house (which I don't believe). I think they just don't care.

Milestone Electric is like totally breaking the rules, man! They're all up in my business, sending me texts without my permission. I got this random text from them on Jan 24, 2020 at 3:56pm, talking about some sweet discount of at least $1000 off a new system. They were all like, "Let's set up an appointment, dude!" But guess what? There was no way to opt out of these texts. So not cool!

So, on August 17 at 12:31pm, I reached out to Mr. Gus *** to let him know about this major violation. And you know what he did? He straight up denied it! He was all like, "Show me the proof that we need permission to send texts." Well, I did show him the proof, but since then, I haven't heard a peep from Mr.. What a bummer, man.

Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing On 07/08/2022, I called Milestone to get help with a clogged toilet

On 07/08/2022, I called Milestone to get help with a clogged toilet. They quoted me a price of $199, but then they told me about a year membership for $240. They said that unclogging the toilet would be free if I got the membership. I decided to go for it because they also service AC units. My home is less than a year old.

The technician spent about 10 minutes working on the toilet, but they didn't check the drain to see if the clog was there. Instead, they said I needed a new toilet and it would cost me $500 to $2900. They didn't actually do anything, and I called them twice, but they never returned my call. I want my $240 back, except for the fee for them coming out.

Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing We called Garland A/C and got the 888 number

We called Garland A/C and got the 888 number. They said they are dispatch and we needed A/C repair on July 1, 2022. Then this man Dyllon B called us back and said he was the owner of the business. He came to our house and said we needed a new A/C component board. He showed us the board and it was bad. He said he would order the board and we said okay, as long as it could be done by Monday. He said the parts center was closed but would be open on Monday, July 4, 2022. He said he had to pay for the board out of his pocket since we are not licensed A/C repairmen. We asked if we could reimburse him for the board at least, but the total charge for the board and service would be $854.00. Linda wrote a check and gave him the total amount, thinking it was a legitimate company.

Monday came and we called Mr. B. He said he was on his way and would call when he had the board in his hand. He texted me at 1:59 pm on July 4, 2022, saying he would be there tomorrow because nobody had the part. Miss J texted Mr. B and said she thought he was lying. We asked for the company name and Mr. B said he ordered the part from three times, but he never texted back. Miss J called the bank to cancel the check because we told Mr. B that our regular A/C man would be back on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. In the beginning, the bank never canceled the check. We called Mr. B to return the money and he said we would only get the board for the A/C. We said okay, bring the board and all the remaining money. He said no, he deserves the money for his time getting the part. We told him no because he did not do the work. We argued with Mr. B and finally told him to bring the board and the money, but he could keep $150.00 for his trouble. Then he never complied.

Mr. B's phone number is [protected]. Also, the person who contacted us and sent Mr. B to us is named Patricia, her phone number is [protected]. We have even complained to her about the problem, but there has been no response. Mr. B called us and was upset because we talked to her, but still no response. So we figure he is lying. We have proof of all the issues.

Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing Incident Date: around July 7th, 2022, my Ceiling Fan Pull Chain Broke, and I couldn't turn off my Ceiling Fan

Incident Date: around July 7th, 2022, my Ceiling Fan Pull Chain Broke, and I couldn't turn off my Ceiling Fan. Just to clarify, I have a Ceiling Fan with Dual Light Fixtures, and they were working fine. So, I decided to call Milestone Electric and explain the issue with my Ceiling Fan. However, they told me that they don't handle that kind of problem and suggested I contact their handyman, Justin Lewis from HANK'S HANDYMAN Service.

When Mr. Lewis arrived, he took apart my Ceiling Fan and Light Assembly and then said that it wasn't something he could fix. He told me that I needed an Electrician. He put everything back together, but as soon as he left, I tried to turn on the Ceiling Fan Light Fixture, and it didn't work. The Pull Chain also stopped working. I immediately called Milestone again, and they sent Peter W (who is not an Electrician) to check it out.

Peter W didn't even bother to inspect my Ceiling Fan or Light. He simply told me that all the "Pull" was gone and that I needed a new Ceiling Fan. He also mentioned that he would come back the next day to rewire my home. However, a friend of mine came over and took a look at my Ceiling Fan Light Fixture. It only took him 10 minutes to dismantle the Ceiling Fan Light Switch Access Cover and determine that Handyman Lewis had improperly installed the Light Pull Chain, causing it to break and prevent the Light from turning on. He then fixed it by installing a new pull chain correctly, and my Light started working perfectly again.

Additionally, he replaced the fan pull chain switch with a new one, and my Ceiling Fan with Dual Light Fixtures worked like it was brand new. This was a much better outcome compared to the $800+ repair cost that Milestone's Peter W had quoted me (which included $250-$300 for Labor and $300+ for a New Ceiling Fan Light Fixture). I'm glad I didn't fall for their scam, as my Ceiling Fan is a highly decorative and unique piece that I bought many years ago. Milestone Electric tried to deceive and cheat me, but thankfully, I found someone who could fix the issue properly.
