Morgan Properties review: The Carlyle, Baltimore, MD

We are living in an unsanitary place since last year.
We have been complaining about roaches since October 2020. (You can see that on our maintenance request history).
The exterminator already told us that they are not living in our unit, and that he does not know what to do anymore.
We have sent multiple emails to the building's management and never got an answer. We are opening exterminating requests every week. The only thing management does is to send the exterminator to our unit, instead of sending someone to thoroughly investigate where the roaches are coming from.
In December we asked to move to another unit because we were tired of killing around five roaches a day on the kitchen's countertop, but we were told that there was only one unit available which had a mice problem…
When we asked management to move to another apartment, we were also told that after a lot of complaints from the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors, they found someone living in disgusting conditions on the 5th floor - if this is the problem source, this must be handled properly, because the roaches are still here. If the roaches are living inside the walls, Morgan Properties has the responsibility to investigate and address it.
We have been trying to figure out where the roaches are coming from on our own. For that, we put a mesh on the air vents and found out that at least some of them are coming from the air vents (please see pictures attached).
While this whole roaches' chaos was happening, we also had a rodent visitor…
We have a great amount of evidence like photos and several emails that have been sent to the building's management.
