My experience with Mopar Parts Giant has been nothing short of infuriating. If you're considering ordering from them, don't. Their so-called "customer service" is a complete joke, and they seem to have no intention of honoring the return policy they proudly display on their website.
After ordering a part based on the information provided on their site (which turned out to be incorrect), I followed their stated return process to the letter. I submitted the return request promptly, sent the item back in perfect condition, and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Communication from their end was non-existent unless I reached out — at which point I was met with canned responses, endless deflection, and outright refusal to process the return.
It's clear that their customer service is designed to wear people down until they give up. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a deliberate strategy. They treat customers like a nuisance rather than a priority. It's especially frustrating when their mistakes cost you time and money and you're left fighting just to get what you're owed.
Bottom line: Mopar Parts Giant is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business. Poor communication, terrible support, and a complete disregard for their own policies. Shop elsewhere unless you enjoy being ignored, ripped off, and left holding the bag.
