ModLily review: Sometimes You Win...

I have ordered three times from Modlily. The first time was a pleasant experience and I kept both items. The second time, all three items were non-keepers. As you know, you cannot get a refund from Modlily, only store credit. I placed my third order to use the store credit from order number two and received a dress I didn't order, and two other pieces I would have returned if it weren't for having to continue my relationship with Modlily. The surprise with order three was each purchased item can be returned only once. So, I am out of luck. Probably good for both of us as this company has poor customer service and a lot of caveats to its purchase policies. Therefore, not recommended...no matter how cute you think their items are, plan on paying for them again, and again with any type of return request.
