ModLily review: Impossible return/exchange process!

I bought 3 bathing suits, got 4th free. They were to be received within 2 weeks of purchase but took a month. 3 didn't fit the way I wanted, so I asked the chat person how to return. That was the only easy part! I returned 3 suits, but they only confirmed receipt of 2 of them. I had to send them the proof of the 3 suits from Happy Returns, which they never acknowledged that I sent them. They tried to give me a lesser credit than I was charged, but I couldn't explain that to them. They kept saying that the suits I wanted to exchange were out of stock, though I could go to their website and put the exact suit in my cart! I finally said just refund my money, they responded with a refund of $14.33 on my $89.98 charge! I told them I would report them to the FTC and write the worst review that they have ever received. Well, would you believe that they quickly refunded the correct amount after that?
